Tag 1 - Transfer to the Cheget meadow. Geduko Thermal springs
Attention! If you arrive on the eve of the start of the tour or stay after the program, we recommend accommodation in Pyatigorsk (you can specify more detailed information when booking).
After your arrival at the airport or at the Mineralnye Vody railway station, we will assemble the entire group before 13:00, and our transfer to the Elbrus region will depart at 13:15.
The journey will take about 5.5 hours with comfortable stops for rest and snacks (lunch is charged separately).
Stop for lunch for an additional fee.
On the way, visit the Geduko thermal complex (additional ticket fee).
We recommend that you take your bathing gear with you: swimming trunks/swimsuit, towel, rubber slippers.
Bathing time is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Geduko is a sports and recreation complex of a resort destination.
17:00 Estimated time of arrival at Cheget glade.

Tag 2 - Cheget Mountain and hiking to Donguz Orun-Kel Lake
Duration: 5-6 hours.
The walking distance along the route is up to 5 km.
The height difference is 200 meters.

Attention: the time of gathering and the location can be adjusted by the guide.
Chairlift to Cheget (3700 m. above sea level) (carried out for an additional fee — 1,000 rubles / person), from where you will enjoy views of the famous glacier "7", majestic Elbrus and the panorama of the Caucasian Ridge.
A walk to Donguz Orun-Kel lake, formed as a result of melting glaciers.
After the walk, we recommend going to a local cafe and tasting the famous pies — they will not leave you indifferent!
Descent to the Cheget meadow, visit the souvenir and knitting market.
Return to the hotel.
In your free time, we recommend taking an independent walk along the eco-trail to the Narzan Glade, which runs along the Baksan River.
Thanks to the arrangement of the park, you will be able to get acquainted with the flora and fauna of the Elbrus region, as well as taste various types of medicinal narzan, the sources of which are located in the park itself.

Tag 3 - Trekking in the Terskol gorge to the Terskol waterfall
Duration: 5 hours.
The walking distance along the route is up to 10 km.
Height difference: 700 meters.
Breakfast at the hotel.
Meeting with the guide in the lobby of the hotel, briefing.
Each path you walk along during the trekking to the Terskol gorge will reveal to you the enchanting landscapes of the wild mountainous area; during the ascent you will be able to relax at the "tea house" and drink mountain water from the "magic spring". After crossing the river on a narrow bridge, you will approach the destination of the trip — the Terskol waterfall, which rises 10 meters above the ground, but is even wider — its length is 12 meters!
Lunch on the mountain slopes at the waterfall (dry ration).
Return to the hotel.

Tag 4 - Trekking in the Irikchat Gorge
Duration: 7-8 hours.
The walking distance along the route is up to 12 km.
Height difference: 500 meters.
Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to the Irikchat gorge to the beginning of the walking route.
The Irik River flows out of the glacier of the same name, hides in a deep canyon and flows into the Baksan near the village of Elbrus.
The valley is located between the southeastern and eastern spurs of Mount Elbrus.
The route passes through the gorge gorge, along steep cliffs, in the heart of the mountain landscape of the Main Caucasian Range.
Lunch on the way (dry ration).
Return to the hotel.

Tag 5 - Elbrus Mountain Tour
It is not recommended for people suffering from cardiovascular diseases.
Duration: 5-6 hours.
Breakfast at the hotel according to your reservation.
Meeting with the guide in the lobby of the hotel, briefing.
Transfer to Azau glade, cable car ascent to the slopes of Mount Elbrus to an altitude of 3,800 m. (carried out for an additional fee — 2,300 rubles / person. on the spot).
The mountain is famous for the glaciers feeding the rivers and the mineral springs gushing at the foot.
You can play snowballs or ride a snowmobile (for an additional fee).
Throughout the route, you will enjoy majestic panoramas of the Caucasian Mountain Ranges, led by the giant Elbrus (5,642 m above sea level).
Descent to the Azau glade.
Lunch at a local cafe on your own.
In case of good weather, a walk along the five-kilometer eco-trail "Azau-Cheget" through the pine forest along the Baksan River will be very useful after lunch, during which you will take excellent photos of mountain landscapes, and from the end of August to September you will enjoy mountain blueberries, raspberries and lingonberries.
In the evening, a joint meeting at the final dinner, during which you will share your impressions of the trip to the Elbrus region.
Tag 6 - Trekking to Bashkara Lakes
Duration: 5-6 hours.
The walking distance along the route is up to 8 km.
Height difference: 500 meters.
Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the beginning of the trekking.
Lake Bashkara, as well as the mountain of the same name and the mighty glacier are famous sights of Kabardino-Balkaria.
People come here to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the world, breathe in the healing air, and admire nature in its original form, as it probably was before the beginning of time...
From the shores of the lake, an ancient glacier is clearly visible, ensconced in a crevice between two peaks, silhouettes of the Jantugan, Ullukara and Bashkara mountains, and in good weather, an attentive traveler will notice the silhouette of the two-headed giant Elbrus.
The measured hubbub of the Adyl-Su River practically does not reach here — there is silence around, the rustle of scree awakening under the steps of a traveler, the ringing whistles of birds and the rustle of velvety grasses.
At the end of the route, two large glacial lakes and a great view of Elbrus await us.

Tag 7 - Gizhgit Lake Trip
Duration: 7-8 hours.
Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer with a guide to the lake in the valley of the Gizhgit river, it is also called Bylymsky.
This incredibly beautiful artificial lake with a length of about 3 km and a depth of up to 40 m was created by the Mining and Processing Plant of Tyrnyauz in the early 2000s.
Despite the fact that the lake is located at an altitude of about 1000 m above sea level, you can enjoy beautiful walks here even in winter — the views are really amazing.

Tag 8 - Trekking in the Shkhelda gorge
Duration: 4-5 hours.
Height difference: 400 meters.

Transfer to the starting point of the route.
Today you will enjoy trekking in the Adyl-Su gorge, passing through the valley of the Shkheldy and reaching the so-called "mountain beach" in the glade "Smile of the Shkheldy".
The Adyl-Su gorge is one of the most beautiful in the Elbrus region.
The name translates as "beautiful water": the river is clear and full of medicinal narzanes, which sometimes turn the boulders bronze.
Through the coniferous forests you will climb to the unique glade "Smile of the Shkhelda".
This clearing offers a view of the mighty Shkhelda glacier, frozen here millions of years ago, which descends down the slopes of the Greater Caucasus Range in a 9-kilometer tongue to become the source of the river of the same name.
The main decoration of trekking along the Adyl-Su gorge is the Ushba massif (transl. – "mountain mountain"), which is not only very picturesque, but also as inaccessible as possible for climbers.
It is one of the top most dangerous peaks and is officially considered the most difficult 4,000m mountain to climb in the world.
No less striking is the "toothy" wall of the Shkheld, consisting of 6 peaks with a height of more than 4 thousand meters.
