Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in the city of Kislovodsk. Tour of the Resort Park
Morning arrival at the airport / railway station in Mineralnye Vody before 12:00.
12:30 Group transfer to Kislovodsk.
Accommodation in hotels of your choice after 14:00.
Resort fee (100 RUR/person per day) is payable at the hotel upon arrival.
Dinner.
Walking tour of Kislovodsk.
You will get acquainted with the history of the city, see the Main Narzan Gallery, Cascade Staircase, Kurortny Boulevard.
A leisurely walk through the Kislovodsk resort park, tasting three types of Narzan in the main Narzan gallery.
The air of the park is saturated with plant ions and phytoncides, which has a beneficial effect on the health of local residents and visitors to the city.
The second largest park area in Europe spreads over an area of more than 950 hectares and contains more than 250 species of trees and shrubs.
The length of the five health paths is almost 100 kilometers.
Once upon a time this place was enjoyed by great cultural figures – A. Pushkin, L. Tolstoy, A. Chekhov, A. Solzhenitsyn, F. Chaliapin, A. Pavlova.
Return to the hotel (on your own).
Day 2 - First lesson on the rocks, trip to the eco-park “Dolina Narzanov”
8:00 Breakfast at the hotel.
9:00 Transfer to the rocks.
The climbing training will take approximately 4 hours.
It includes:
warm-up on the ground;
training in the correct use of equipment (rented for the duration of the tour);
climbing on easy routes;
climbing on 3-4 routes of maximum difficulty for a particular participant;
hitch on the ground.
13:30 A leisurely trip to Kabardino-Balkaria, to the “Dolina Narzanov” eco-park.
The half-hour road from Kislovodsk is considered the most beautiful in the entire Elbrus region: unique landscapes with views of the Caucasus Range and Mount Elbrus will accompany you throughout the trip.
In terms of the number of Narzan and silver springs of different composition and properties located in one place, the Narzan Valley ecopark has no analogues in the world.
The eco-park has an amazingly beautiful natural landscape and a healing mountain climate.
Mountain rivers, subalpine meadows, and forests coexist here.
Lunch with dishes of national cuisine.
After lunch, we will walk along the eco-trail, which is located in the depths of the picturesque park - along pedestrian bridges crossing the Khasaut River, with views of the beauty of pristine nature.
Return to Kislovodsk.
Day 3 - Exercise on the rocks, relaxation in hot springs
8:00 Breakfast at the hotel.
9:00 Transfer to the place of classes.
Climbing training consisting of the same blocks as the previous day.
The climbing training will take approximately 4 hours.
Lunch (lunch box).
Return to the hotel.
Group trip to the Suvorov thermal springs (additional entrance fee – 650 rubles, payment is made to the guide on the spot).
Swimming takes place in a specially equipped pool, there are changing rooms and showers.
After swimming, you can sit in a cafe and drink herbal tea with jam or honey.
The healing water of the Suvorov springs contains carbonates, bicarbonates, sulfates, chlorides, iron, fluorine and other important elements that make bathing most beneficial for problems with the spine and joints, digestive disorders, diseases of the musculoskeletal system and abnormal metabolism.
Contraindications: high blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases.
22:00 Approximate time of return to Kislovodsk.
Day 4 - Departure
Breakfast in the hotel.
Rooms are available until 12:00.
Free time in the city of the sun.
Transfer to the airport / railway station – on your own.
