08:30 Departure for the route to the Guam Gorge, located between the villages of Mezmai and Guamka.

A narrow-gauge railway, cut directly into the rock, runs through the canyon.

We take the sightseeing train.

Now we are no longer tourists, we are guests of the ancient world.

It's easy to believe that you've entered another era, one where there were no telephones, roads, or rush, but only stone, water, and silence.

We will slowly drive 2 km along the steep cliffs while listening to the audio guide, admiring the views and wondering how nature can be so grandiose (about 20 minutes one way).

Then you will have a guided walking tour: about 1.5 km along the trail, where each turn opens up a new view.

We return to the bus with a hundred new impressions.

On the way back, we will stop at a geothermal spring, where warm pools with healing water are waiting for you, 2 hours to relax, relax and just swim in the open air.

Don't forget: a swimsuit, a towel, slippers and a good mood!

09:00 We leave for the village. Pobeda organized an excursion to St. Michael's Monastery.

Here you will find not just an excursion, but an immersion in history and spiritual atmosphere.

You will hear a story about how the monastery was reborn from the ruins, visit the ancient Trinity Church and stroll through the well-kept grounds.

Next is the paleontological museum "Museum of Stone".

It contains ammonites, fossils and other traces of the ancient Tethys Ocean, which covered these lands more than 100 million years ago.

A special part of the route is the dungeons of the monastery.

We will go through the accessible part of the dungeon.:

• The chapel where candles are still lit;
• The monks' cells, where they once prayed and lived in complete seclusion.

Not far from the monastery, on the slope of Mount Physiabgo, there is a holy spring of the holy Great Martyr and Healer Panteleimon.

According to legend, the water here heals diseases of the body and soul.

We will climb up to it along a soft path (about 500 meters, smooth ascent) and collect some water — for memory and for health.

Halyuzhy is one of the oldest and most revered treats of the Adyghe tradition.

They are prepared for all important events, from family feasts to national holidays: weddings, in honor of guests, on a child's birthday.

09:00 We set off on a journey through the picturesque valley of the Belaya River. in the village Guzeriple in the Caucasian Biosphere Reserve.

The Caucasus Nature Reserve is the core of the Western Caucasus World Natural Heritage Site, and its territory has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Initially, the reserve was created with the aim of preserving the mountain bison.

Along the way, there are stops at the best viewing platforms: "Cossack Stone", "Big Granite Canyon", "Menhirs and Dolmens", "Confluence of the Kisha and Belaya rivers".

We will pass through the territory of Europe's largest natural biosphere reserve, where the reserve's museum, rope park and one of the most interesting mysterious megalithic structures of antiquity, the dolmen, are located.

Let's take a look at the nature museum, get acquainted with the history of this place and see interesting artifacts.

In the aviary complex we will look at the representatives of the local fauna.

We will admire the fir forest, the mountain river, and breathe in the purest mountain air.

And, of course, the rope park!

There are 5 routes in the park, varying in length and difficulty, there is an extreme and a trolley (there are three trolls on it!).

The route is designed for the whole day until 16:00.

09:00 We leave for the gorge of the Mishoko River.

This facility is located on the outskirts of the village of Kamennomostsky..

You will walk along the upper trail, where every step reveals new panoramas of the foothills — green waves of hills stretching into the distance, painted with the brush of nature itself.

You will be greeted by a gorge surrounded on both sides by cliffs up to 70 meters high — their bright yellow walls shimmer in the sunlight and have bizarre shapes.

The walking tour will last 1.5 - 2 hours.

There are no handrails, paved paths, or stairs on the route.

The duration of the route (1 hour in the saddle + 30 minutes for preparation).

Taking an equestrian route through the gorge is a rare opportunity not just to watch, but to ride along a mountain path, and experience the pleasure of communicating with this beautiful and strong animal: to feel the warmth of a horse, hear the rhythmic clop of hooves on rocks, and see the beauty of the gorge from a height.

Then we go to the unique private Belovodye Museum, assembled with love and passion for history.

15:00 We leave for the Khadjokh gorge.

It is located in the village of Kamennomostsky, in the canyon of the Belaya River.

It is only 5-10 minutes from the location.

The most picturesque part of the gorge is equipped for excursions with iron bridges, steps and platforms with handrails. Entrance to this territory is subject to a charge.

There is a mini zoo on site, where ostriches, otters, raccoons, foxes and even bears are kept in aviaries.

Bears have long become the "calling card" of the Khadjokh gorge: in exchange for a treat, they stand on their hind legs, spin, bow, clap their hands and even "shy."

On this day we will walk about 1 km.

On the way, we make "panoramic stops", where the three-thousand-meter mountains will open up before you in all their glory.

The air here is already different — fresh, cool, crystal, with the scent of pine needles and mountain grasses.

You don't just breathe — you feel lightness returning to you.

Your guide, a man who truly loves Adygea, will accompany you all day and share not only facts, but also stories, legends and what is not found in the guidebooks.

You can take a walk, take photos, have a snack, and visit souvenir shops selling local sweets, soft, salty, and smoked Adyghe cheese, herbal teas and halyuzhs, and cute trinkets as keepsakes or gifts.

Next— visit the Bolshaya Azishskaya cave.

The cave is equipped with lighting and safe paths. It's cool, humid and quiet inside — you immediately feel like you've entered another world.

The cave is more than 2 million years old, and it is one of the five largest in Europe.

The main wealth of this underground kingdom is stalactites, stalagmites and stalagnates — stone "sculptures" that have been growing for centuries.

The play of shadows and light creates a vivid game of imagination - it makes them look like real figures.

The duration of the cave tour is about 30-40 minutes.

We will finish our route at the observation deck "Iron Rock" — at an altitude of about 2000 meters.

From here you can see all the plateaus: alpine meadows, steep cliffs, snowfields, distant ridges and mountains.

It's good to stand in silence for a while, take a photo and just look around.

Capture this moment when you stand between the sky and the abyss and feel the vastness and the state of flight!

We return in the evening, slightly tired from the wind and fresh air, but satisfied and with hundreds of cool shots.

Hot soup, barbecue cooked over an open fire and the opportunity to chat, share impressions and just relax after a busy day.
