The area and the guides were good. The overall coordination, however, could be improved.

Good afternoon! The trip took place from March 19 to March 22, 2026. I would like to sincerely thank you for organizing this tour. It was especially meaningful to me, as my birthday fell at the beginning of the trip. It turned out to be an unforgettable vacation from start to finish. The providers maintained excellent communication throughout, from choosing and booking excursions to handling payment and providing all the necessary information and documents. The excursions were varied, engaging, and informative, without ever feeling overwhelming. The guides were friendly and made everything easy to understand and enjoyable to listen to. We truly enjoyed every excursion we attended. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Although it was rated as a 3* hotel, it easily felt like a 4 *. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was polite and welcoming, and the restaurant from breakfast to dinner was excellent. Overall, I was left with a very positive impression and can’t think of a single negative point. Since the trip also coincided with my birthday, I can say without hesitation that I didn’t regret for a moment trusting you with organizing my holiday. Thank you very much!!!!!

Amazing tour❤️ Everything was perfectly planned, and we got to see Dagestan from so many different sides. The accommodation was comfortable, with beautiful views of the mountains and the waterfront in Derbent. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious, we especially loved Aunt Fati’s place. About our guide: Amir truly felt like family by the end of the trip. He made everything easy, enjoyable, and a lot of fun :) He even took us on a night drive around Derbent :D Even though it wasn’t part of the program :) I even got a bit emotional when it was time to leave. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation ❤️

Good afternoon! I’d like to express my sincere gratitude for this amazing Lake Baikal tour! The organization, accommodation, program, and food were all top-notch. Our guide, Alexandr, was a true professional. He made the whole experience incredibly engaging 🧳 it was one of the most exciting trips I’ve ever had in my life!!! ❤️

My partner and I traveled together and visited Kamchatka for the first time. We’re both beginners when it comes to skiing, we’d only practiced on slopes near Moscow before, so we wanted to try real mountains while also exploring some beautiful places. To sum up: First of all, this was the best vacation of our lives, and we’ve traveled quite a lot. The beauty of the region, the climate, the people, it all left us amazed in the best possible way :D Secondly, the level of comfort and organization was outstanding. The transfers were convenient and flexible, taking us wherever we needed on request 👍 The team welcomed us like family, which made the whole experience even more special. Thirdly, everything was very well planned. The itinerary was discussed in advance, what we wanted to do, when it suited us best, and so on. At one point, the weather turned bad (heavy snow and zero visibility), so we couldn’t go to the volcano, but alternative activities were immediately предложены, which kept the day just as enjoyable. Fourth, food 😂 We love good food , but even we couldn’t finish everything that was served at breakfast and dinner :)the portions were generous, the variety was great ,and everything was delicious 👍 We definitely recommend this trip. One small tip: the direct flight is about 9 hours long, so if you can, it’s worth paying a little extra for a more comfortable seat, it makes a big difference. We’re already planning to come back in the summer. The program looks amazing, fishing, bears, volcano hikes. Kamchatka completely won us over.

A great tour with a wide variety of ski trails. You can choose where you want to go. I really enjoyed everything.

The tour was organized at the highest level. Special thanks to our guide, Leonid. We had an international group, and he made sure to give attention to everyone. The ice on Lake Baikal is truly stunning, you could admire its beauty forever.

I really enjoyed my trip around the Silver Ring of Russia. Despite the winter weather, the snow-covered landscapes had a special charm, winter is just as beautiful as summer. I’m not a big fan of the heat, so this was actually a big plus for me. The only downside was that I didn’t bring comfortable shoes. Since there was quite a bit of walking, that made things a bit difficult. The guides were true professionals and shared a lot of fascinating information. The history of Russia, as well as the monasteries, churches, and museums, all left a strong and lasting impression. Many thanks and my sincere respect to everyone involved in organizing this experience. Everything related to the train travel (Russian Railways) was also very well organized: clean carriages, attentive staff, and a good choice of meals. Great job. When I was younger, my family and I traveled around the Golden Ring on our own by car, but I can say that an organized tour by train is much more convenient, informative, and hassle-free. I highly recommend "Big Country" and our manager Yulia! .

A great tour. I especially liked that in less than a week we managed to ski on the slopes of Elbrus, Mamison, and Tsei, and those who wanted could also go up Cheget. There was plenty to enjoy off the slopes as well, thermal springs, restaurant outings, and spending time with a friendly group made the trip even more memorable.

The Baikal Crossing tour was love at first sight! We were incredibly lucky with the weather: a true Siberian frost of -30 °C outside, yet bright sunshine overhead. The feeling was absolutely indescribable! A huge thank you to our guide, Pyotr. He is a true professional who not only knows the region inside and out, but genuinely loves it and that passion is contagious. The organization was excellent, with every detail carefully thought through. We stayed in a beautiful hotel in Maximikha: cozy, modern, and designed with guests’ comfort in mind. The food was also fantastic - delicious and very filling! Special thanks to our group as well - we had an amazing team, and the whole trip was full of fun, warmth, and great emotions. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience the real Lake Baikal!

I went on a winter tour to Lake Baikal from February 28 to March 4, 2026, which I booked through “Big Country.” I absolutely loved the trip! 🥰 Everything was incredibly well organized, the schedule was clear, the program was thoughtfully planned, and there was a great balance between activities and free time. Even though we never felt rushed, we still managed to see a huge number of amazing locations. What made the experience even more special was that our group often had these places entirely to ourselves, without crowds of tourists, so we could truly enjoy the beauty of Lake Baikal. The food was also fantastic :D We had three meals a day, always plentiful and surprisingly varied. The menu constantly changed and included salads, hot soups, freshly cooked meals over the fire, omul fish, lard with black bread, pickles, compote, tea, homemade tinctures, and desserts. Everything was delicious!!! The drivers were amazing as well and kept surprising us throughout the trip. At many stops they prepared snacks and warm alcoholic tinctures to help us stay warm in the freezing temperatures - it was around -33C outside. Special thanks to the drivers of the UAZ vans, true professionals. They spotted cracks in the ice well in advance, drove very carefully, and in difficult areas even asked tourists to get out beforehand to ensure everyone’s safety. I highly recommend this tour to everyone!

I really enjoyed the trip. The ice on Lake Baikal is truly unique, and the scenery is absolutely breathtaking. Of course, the cold is very real too, that’s something you definitely have to be prepared for...

The “Pearl Necklace of Winter Karelia” tour was truly fascinating. The program was rich and well planned, and the guides were real professionals. They shared the history of their region in such an engaging way, with lots of interesting historical facts and stories. I came away from the tour with nothing but positive impressions and so many wonderful emotions. Karelia is especially beautiful in winter. During the trip we experienced all kinds of weather, from sunny days to real snowstorms, which made the atmosphere even more memorable. Special thanks to our guides: Olga, Nikita, and Irina.

The excursions were very interesting. I believe everyone should visit Kazan and other regions of Russia to learn more about our cultural heritage, Russia truly has a lot to be proud of. Kazan is a unique city where many religions and cultures coexist harmoniously, which gives it a very special atmosphere. The city also has many modern sports and cultural venues. The food was delicious as well, and overall the trip left a very positive impression.

"This trip captured my heart so completely that it made me want to move to the Caucasus. " The main goal of the journey was, of course, the mountains, especially Mount Elbrus. " Unfortunately, we only got to see it from a distance, from places like Pyatigorsk and Kislovodsk. The weather on the day of our visit wasn’t on our side, and Elbrus remained hidden from view. But for me, that’s just one more reason to come back again, this time in the summer 😍 that said, the views in Dombay were absolutely breathtaking. We were even able to see the western summit of Elbrus from there. The scenery was simply incredible, I’ll attach some photos below to share a glimpse of its beauty 🥹

Everything went wonderfully! We got to see everything we had hoped to see, and three days turned out to be just the right amount of time. We were also very lucky to have Oksana as our guide. She took great care of everyone in the group and made sure everything went smoothly. She shared a wealth of interesting information and fascinating stories throughout the trip. The group itself was fantastic as well. We quickly bonded and made new friends from different regions, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

What a wonderful trip! In 5 days, we managed to do everything we had hoped for: visit a husky farm, hike up a mountain, explore Teriberka, spend time in Kirovsk, and finally witness the Northern Lights 😻✨ The North is absolutely breathtaking! The sea, the local cuisine, the friendly people, and the magical winter landscapes made this an unforgettable experience. We came away with so many amazing memories! It was definitely worth the trip, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
