The organizer is exempt from any liability if the health condition of the tourist does not allow him to participate in the tour program.

At any slightest suspicion indicating a change in the health status of the tourist, the instructor has the right to remove the tourist from the route. No refund is made.

Medical services are not provided. To use geothermal water for medicinal purposes, consult your doctor.

Refers to low-mineral waters of bicarbonate-chloride sodium composition with a high content of silicic acid (the basic analogue of water groups 23 and 22, types "Aivazovsky" and "Crimean" GOST 13273-88).

The water temperature in the pools is 37-39 degrees. 

Medical services are not provided. Consult a specialist to use the water for medicinal purposes. There are no restrictions on external use.

The organizer finalizes the routes of the day and determines the start and end time of the events on the day of arrival.

During the tour program, it is possible to postpone excursions by the days and time of the start of excursions with full implementation of all points of the program.

The absolute obstacle to the execution of the program is unfavorable weather conditions: heavy rain, abnormal decrease in air temperature.

The route can be changed, the tourist is removed from the route by the decision of the instructor, if he considers that weather conditions or other circumstances threaten the life and health of this person or other people.

The transfer fee is not reimbursed if you get to the base on your own. 
The transfer earlier or later than the specified time is paid for by the vacationers themselves.

If you arrive from Sochi, we will meet you in Maikop at 22:00. You can get to Maikop by the Lastochka Sochi — Maikop train. The departure time of the train from Adler is 16:18.

In exceptional cases, if the flight is delayed or the train is late, the transfer may be delayed, but not more than 40 minutes. In case of massive flight delays and train arrivals for an unlimited reasonable time.
