Day 1 - Arrival. Bathing in thermal springs

14:00-15:00 Meeting in Mineralnye Vody at the airport – transfer to the guest house.
14:30-15:30 Accommodation in a guest house chosen for accommodation by tourists arriving from Krasnodar.
16:00 Lunch prepared by the chefs of the guest house, including a variety of homemade dishes.
17:00 Departure of tourists arriving from Krasnodar to the Psygups geothermal spring.

Day 2 - Walking along the Rufabgo River Gorge
09:00 Breakfast.
10:00 Walking along the Rufabgo river gorge (entrance tickets for an additional fee) – one of the most picturesque and famous sights of the Republic of Adygea.
There are a dozen waterfalls surrounded by rocky slopes.
We will see the most beautiful and picturesque of them: "Noise", "Cascade", "Heart of Rufabgo", "Maiden's Braid".
14:00 Lunch.
15:00 A stunning canyon and the stormy Belaya River meanders through this stone maze, and then, at the exit of the canyon, it overflows for several tens of meters.
Also, on the territory of the gorge, the famous symbols of this object live in aviaries – 2 brown bears, Timofey and Manya.
They have been delighting guests with their skills for years and will not give up treats.

Day 3 - Hiking route through the Mishoko Gorge, horseback riding

10:00 Horse riding.
The horse ride starts at a small ranch, where upon arrival you will be asked about your ability to handle horses.
Everyone will receive a horse according to their experience and riding skills.
All your wishes will be taken into account.
After the briefing, the group goes to the most beautiful places of the rocky ridge, accompanied by an experienced instructor who will closely monitor the behavior of the horses throughout the route.
There will be stops on the route for panoramic views with spectacular views of the mountains.
Return to the base at 13:00.
14:00 Lunch.
15:00 Walking route along the Mishoko gorge, but already at the bottom of the gorge — waterfalls, grottos and caves are waiting for us there, they will not leave even the most avid tourists indifferent.
Before visiting the gorge, if desired, the most active tourists will have the opportunity to visit the extreme park, fly on a trolley over the gorge at a speed of up to 50 km/h and conquer the rocky route (additional fee).

Day 4 - Visiting the thermal springs

We will take a cable car (extra charge) to the top of the Una-Koz ridge.
Following the route, do not forget to look around — the beauty of the nature of Adygea is unique.
And from the ridge itself you will have a wonderful panorama of the Lagonak highlands, the Bolshoy and Maly Thach mountains, Tybga and other peaks.

The Psygups Thermal Park Hotel Recreation Center is located away from the hustle and bustle of big cities in the quiet and green village of Tulsky in the Republic of Adygea.
The water temperature in the pools is adjusted automatically depending on the weather outside and is always comfortable for swimming (from 30 to 37 ° C).

Day 5 - Lago Naki Plateau

The Lagonak highlands are beautiful at any time of the year.
There are many legends associated with the mountain plateau, and an instructor will certainly introduce you to them.

14:00 Visit to the Big Azish Cave (entrance tickets for an additional fee), a unique place, a natural monument, which is one of the five most beautiful caves located in Europe.
The microclimate inside the cave has antibacterial properties and has a constant temperature of 4 ° C and high humidity.
The total area of the cave is 690 meters.
The microclimate in caves is very beneficial for the respiratory system, and stalactites and stalagmites excite the imagination.
Return to the base.

It is located in a unique, picturesque and ecologically clean place of the Republic of Adygea – the village of Kamennomostsky. Over a delicious breakfast on the terrace with panoramic windows, you can admire the views of the Caucasus over a cup of hot tea or coffee. And in the evening, you can cook a fragrant barbecue or grilled vegetables, play various exciting outdoor games, sing guitar songs around the campfire.There are many tourist attractions within walking distance of the base.
