Transfer from Mineralnye Vody to the village. Kamennomostsky.

• The departure time of the bus from Mineralnye Vody is 13:00.

Transfer from Krasnodar to the village Kamennomostsky

• The departure time of the bus from Krasnodar is 12:10.

Tourists must arrive at the Krasnodar railway station no later than 11:30, and at the Krasnodar airport before 12:00.

The bus leaves Krasnodar airport after the gathering of the group, but no later than 12:00. The transfer on the day of arrival, earlier or later than 12:00, is paid by the vacationers themselves.

• Transfer from Armavir at 15:00-15:20.

In case of your arrival in Sochi:

• We will meet you in Maykop at 22:00. You can get to Maykop by train Lastochka Sochi — Maykop. 
• The departure time of the train from Adler is 16:18.

Return transfer on Saturday. 

The bus from Kamennomostsky settlement to Mineralnye Vody and Armavir departs at 06:30-07:00.

The bus from Kamennomostsky settlement to Krasnodar departs at 10:00 to the airport, then to the railway station.

The return transfer is not included in the price of the tour.

• The cost of the return transfer on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday to Mineralnye Vody is 1,200 rubles/person. 
• The cost of the return transfer on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday to Krasnodar is 900 rubles/person. 
• The cost of the return transfer on Saturday and Sunday to Armavir is 900 rubles/person. 

For those who travel to Sochi by Lastochka train:

• Transfer from the village Kamennomostsky to Maykop at 5:45 (cost 600 rubles). The train departs from Maykop at 07:00.

For those who travel to Moscow by bus:

• Transfer from Kamennomostsky settlement to Maykop. The time is by agreement. The cost is 600 rubles. (at least 2 people).

• 50% - for children from 3 to 5 years old;
• 30% - for children from 5 to 7 years old;

Additional medical insurance is not included in the price of the tour. If desired, you can apply for insurance on the website of a Large Country without commission directly from insurance companies.

People who are contraindicated in physical activity cannot participate in the program, and there are also any contraindications associated with being in pools with geothermal hot or cold water. The tourist guarantees that physical activity, as well as being in pools with geothermal hot or cold water, are not contraindicated for him, his state of health allows him to participate in the tour program. The contractor is exempt from any liability if the tourist knew or could have known that his health condition does not allow him to participate in the tour program.

Thermal water, which is extracted from well No. 12 - T, has a constant chemical composition, it can be used for medicinal and drinking purposes. Water is classified as mineral waters that have a low-mineralized bicarbonate-chloride sodium composition, with an increased content of silicic acid. Silicon water combines the taste and freshness of spring water, the purity and structure of melt water and the bactericidal properties of silver water. Active precipitation of heavy metals occurs in activated silicon water, the water becomes clean in appearance and pleasant to the taste, it does not deteriorate for a long time and acquires many other medicinal qualities. Silicon water has practically no contraindications for use. According to scientists, silicon is a powerful water activator and has significant bactericidal properties. The water does not spoil, lasts a long time, and is purified.

The therapeutic and health-improving properties of the water are confirmed by balneological and medical conclusions of the Federal State University "Pyatigorsk State Research Institute of Balneology of the Federal Agency for Health and Social Development". Well No. 12-t. The depth of the well is 1595 m, the water temperature is 86 C. Dissolved gases: CO2,CH4,N2. It belongs to low-mineral waters of bicarbonate-chloride sodium composition with a high content of silicic acid (the basic analogue of water of groups 23 and 22, types "Aivazovsky" and "Crimean" GOST 13273-88).

The water temperature in the pools is 37-39 degrees.

There are no restrictions on external use.

The final formation of the routes of the day and the determination of the start and end time of the events on the tour takes place on the day of arrival.  During the tour program, it is possible to transfer excursions by day and time of the start of excursions with full implementation of all points of the program.

In the summer, we go to geothermal springs, mainly in the morning. 

If the tourist refuses the route of the day, the replacement for another route is not performed.

The absolute obstacle to the execution of the program is adverse weather conditions: heavy rain;  abnormal decrease in air temperature. The route can be changed, the tourist is removed from the route, by the decision of the instructor, if he considers that weather conditions or other circumstances threaten the life and health of this person or other people.

At any slightest suspicion indicating a change in the health status of the tourist, the instructor has the right to remove the tourist from the route. No refund is made.

Tourists are not allowed to drink alcoholic beverages on the route. At the slightest suspicion of alcohol or other toxic intoxication, the instructor has the right to remove the tourist from the route. No refund is made.

You can also add the excursions listed below to your tour (for an additional fee).

The selected excursions are coordinated with your personal manager and included in the tour program, instead of bathing at thermal springs.

• A walk through the mountain gorge of the Rufabgo river, with its water extravaganza, waterfalls: Noise, Baby, Rufabgo Heart, Lace (cross-country walk with stones);
• visit to St. Michael's Monastery and the holy spring of Pantelemon. On this tour you will also be able to visit, located near the monastery, on Mount Physiabgo, the healing spring of the Holy Great Martyr and healer Panteleimon, according to legend, heals the suffering from diseases;
• a walk through the picturesque surroundings of the Mishoko River gorge, admiring the views of Hadjoh and the bubbling mountain river. An alternative route for this walk is a horse-riding route. (1-2 hours in the saddle);
• On Thursday (from October to May inclusive). Walking tour to the canyon "Khadjokh gorge". This grandiose four-hundred-meter gorge was created by a mountain river, which cut a very deep corridor in the rock. The depth of the gorge reaches 40 meters;
