Day 1 - Arrival
We stay in the cozy rooms of our base, relax, have a delicious dinner.
At 20:00 we are waiting for everyone in our cafe near the fireplace, we will get acquainted, discuss the nuances of upcoming adventures, drink tea on mountain herbs — in general, enjoy the evening in the mountains!

Day 2 - The route along the Lago Naki plateau
After breakfast, we will be taken by car to the checkpoint of the reserve, from where the route will begin.
On this day we are going on a real hike!
It will pass through the territory of the reserve, in the area of alpine meadows.
Our way lies through the Stone Sea.
Ahead is the boundless expanse of the plateau with karst craters and white patches of snowfields, a breathtaking panorama from a height of more than two kilometers to the peaks of gray Oshten, Fisht and much more.
The route does not require special training — it is a simple trekking!
In the late afternoon, we return to the base, where a delicious dinner awaits us.
At 20:00 we are waiting for you by the campfire, we will roast kebabs together, taste Adyghe cheeses and local spirits.

Day 3 - Granite canyon, dolmen, hot springs
Today we are going to exploreGranite Canyon.
We take good pictures at picturesque points, approach narrow places where the water is clamped in a granite vice.
Then we go to the largest dolmen of the Western Caucasus.
This "giant" makes a pretty strong impression.
We will talk about the amazing mysteries of dolmens, about the time of the emergence and disappearance of ancient culture.
We will explore the exhibits of the nature museum, observe the animals of the aviary complex, then walk along the forest trails among the fir giants.
This is not the end of our adventure!
We're going to the hot springs.
The gentle relaxing effect of the thermal spring water, the diffused warm steam rising above the surface of the pool, the stars of the night sky, the play of light and sound — all this is an excellent end to a good day!

Day 4 - Route to the Rufabgo River Gorge
After breakfast, we leave for the beginning of the route on an open all—terrain vehicle - GAZ 66.
You will have a short but memorable cast to the object.
The location of our mountain base and the all—terrain vehicle drop allows you to start with the most interesting - from the wild places of the Rufabgo waterfalls.
Here you will see waterfalls surrounded by steep slopes and stone terraces, grottoes, steep rock corridors up to 150 m high and, passing through the "stone labyrinths", visit historical sites — the "zindan" of a medieval fortress, an ancient altar and menhirs.
We'll have a picnic on the route.
The Khadjokh Gorge and the Black Noise complete the full-day route.
At the request of tourists and based on weather conditions, it is possible to walk through the canyon with elements of canyoning (4 waterfalls on water using special equipment) or a hiking route along the river canyon.
In the late afternoon we return to the base, where we will have a delicious dinner, natural home cooking, gatherings in a warm company.

The recreation center "Formula of active recreation" consists of four new comfortable cottages decorated in Scandinavian style. They perfectly fit into the forest landscape of the middle mountains of the Azish range.

Parking is available on site, there is an excellent wood-burning sauna and a kitchen for common use (2 gas stoves, kitchenware, cutlery).

In 1 and 2 cottages there are 3 comfortable double rooms (two lower ones with covered verandas and one attic) with the possibility of additional accommodation. places (comfortable folding bed). When choosing clothes to participate in an active tour, keep in mind that they must protect you from wind, rain, sun, insects and mechanical damage (branches, grass, stones). We recommend taking specialized clothing for tourism made of synthetic materials, as it provides good ventilation, dries quickly, does not crumple, and is more comfortable when moving.

Equipment:

a small backpack (20-30 liters) — it is convenient to take things with you for a walk;
hiking gaiters or lanterns for feet: from dirt, rain and snow (estimated cost 800-1,000 rubles);
hermetic package for phone and photo and video equipment (in case of rain);
refillable water bottle or small thermos 500 ml. (optional);
sunglasses (for snow and sun protection) — optional.

Footwear

comfortable sports shoes. Two pairs with non-slip soles are required;
- the first pair is high waterproof boots (if you have trekking boots, it's better to take them);
- The second pair is sneakers with non–slip soles;
rubber flip-flops for visiting thermal springs.

Clothes:

in spring, take sports clothes for hot and cool weather;
for cool weather:
- The jacket is windproof, waterproof;
- down or fleece vest — optional (for early spring)
- raincoat (thick poncho);
- warm tracksuit (sweatshirt, pants);
- fleece jacket (required! — for all weather conditions);
- a set of thermal underwear (if available, can be used as a bottom layer) is very important for early spring!
- T-shirts with long (from sunburn) and short sleeves 2-3 pcs.;
- lightweight sports trousers (required!), you can also take shorts (if the weather allows);
- socks (1 thermal socks and 2-3 pairs of regular ones);
- headdress:
  - for early spring, we recommend taking a hat, as well as a scarf or fleece gaiter (baffik) — close the throat and neck, gloves;
  - in sunny weather, a cap / panama hat (always with a visor!);
- bathing suit (swimming trunks or swimsuit) — for thermal springs.

To complete the active part of the tours, he provides all the necessary equipment (equipment rental is included in the tour price).
