Day 1 - Sunday. Arrival. Bathing in a geothermal spring
Transfer from the airport or railway station to your place of residence on the tour.
For information about the transfer with a list of cities from which the transfer is organized, see the "Important to know" section.
We arrive at one of the resort villages located on the Belaya River (Kamennomostsky village, Dakhovskaya station).
Accommodation in accordance with your contract in comfortable cottages or in hotel rooms with all amenities.
Lunch or lunch box.
18:00-19:00 Dinner.
After dinner we go to the geothermal spring. We swim in large modern pools with running water from a hot spring (2 hours).
Activated flint water perfectly relaxes the body, helps in the treatment of a number of diseases and is used for cosmetic purposes (after bathing, the skin becomes smooth and beautiful).
There will be several pools with temperatures from +22 to +39 degrees at your disposal.
*For those arriving from Sochi, the trip to the geothermal spring is postponed to the evening, on the day when the excursion to the Lago Naki plateau will be held.

Day 2 - Monday. Waterfalls and cave descent
09:00 Breakfast.
10:00 Departure to the hiking route and acquaintance with the natural architecture of the mountain gorge "Rufabgo", with its water extravaganza — waterfalls: Noise, Baby, Heart of Rufabgo, Lace.
On this day at the natural climbing wall, an experienced mentor will help you master the technique of rope descent and ascent. With the help of climbing equipment, you will descend into the cave "Through" (the descent height is 15 m).
Lunch – lunch box.

Day 3 - Tuesday. St. Michael's Monastery, geothermal spring
09:00 Breakfast.
10:00 Departure to the village. Victory on an excursion to St. Michael's Monastery.
There is a legend that the treasures of the Byzantine monks are kept in the underground part of the monastery, most of the entrances to which were blocked in 1954.
You will be able to visit an accessible part of the underground monastery: a chapel and several cave cells.
Not far from the monastery, on Mount Physiabgo, there is a healing spring of the holy Great Martyr and healer Panteleimon, which, according to legend, cures the suffering from diseases.

In the afternoon: a trip to a geothermal spring. Swimming in large pools with running water from a hot spring.

Day 4 - Wednesday. Guzeripl, biosphere reserve, megaliths, geothermal basins

Along the picturesque valley of the Belaya River with stops at the observation platforms: "Cossack Stone", "Big Granite Canyon", "Menhirs and dolmens" in the village. Khamyshki, at the confluence of the Kisha and Belaya rivers, we will reach the village of Guzeripl.
We will go to the territory of Europe's largest biosphere reserve, where there is a rope park, a museum of the reserve and one of the most interesting megalithic structures of antiquity – the dolmen.

Day 5 - Thursday. The Khadjokh Gorge
On this day, the menu includes dishes of Adyghe cuisine.
09:00 Breakfast.
10:00-10:00 Today, your guide will lead you through the picturesque surroundings of the village of Kamennomostsky. You will visit a unique natural site, which was named “Khadjokh gorge".
This grandiose four-hundred-meter gorge was created by a mountain river that cut a very deep corridor in the rock. The depth of the gorge reaches 40 meters!
Even on the clearest day, the sun's rays do not always reach the "Khadzhokkaya gorge"! Being in the gorge, you can see and feel the incredible power and strength of the water — trapped in a narrow corridor, a stream of water rumbles through the observation decks.
14:00 Delicious lunch.
15:00 We are going to explore the private historical and paleontological collection "Belovodye".
Horseback riding in the Mishoko tract Mountain panoramas of the Azish-Tau and Una-Koz ranges. You will be able to choose the time of the walk (from 30 minutes to 2 hours).
An alternative option: instead of horseback riding, we walk through the picturesque surroundings of the gorges of the Mishoko River. admiring the views of the mountains.
There is an opportunity to visit an extreme park on this route.

Day 6 - Friday. Lago Naki Mountain plateau, Azish cave
09:00 Breakfast.
10:00 a.m. We take a transport up to the Lago Naki mountain plateau, at an altitude of about 2000 m above sea level, along the way we stop at panoramic platforms with souvenir shops, with views of the three-thousand–meter mountains.
We breathe in the incredibly clean and transparent mountain air of the Alps and enjoy the pristine nature!
The relief of the Lago Naki plateau with its steep rock walls, spacious Alpine meadows, numerous caves and cliffs was formed 300 million years ago by the waves of the endless Tethys Ocean.
And when you walk along the route, then look at your feet – you have the opportunity to see a petrified shell. You can take it with you as a souvenir of Adygea!
Lunch – lunch box.
If the weather permits, we go to the unequipped caves. Adventures are guaranteed when visiting unequipped caves!
On the way back, we stop at the large equipped cave "Azishskaya". We return with full camera memory.
19:00 We will meet for dinner. We communicate, share our impressions, and eat delicious shish kebab cooked over a fire.

Day 7 - Saturday. The Una-Koz ridge, a geothermal spring

10:00 Climb by cable car to the Una-Koz ridge, we reach the natural monument, the Devil's Finger rock.
From the peaks of the Una-Koz ridge, there is an impressive view of the Lake Plateau and the valley of the Belaya River. The panorama that opens up is fascinating.

Transfer from Mineralnye Vody to the village Kamennomostskiy. The departure time of the bus from the airport of Mineralnye Vody is 13:00.

Transfer from Krasnodar to the village Kamennomostskiy. It is necessary to arrive:

to Krasnodar railway station no later than 12:10;
to Krasnodar airport before 12:45.

The bus leaves Krasnodar after the gathering of the group, but no later than 13:00.

Please check with the managers about the possibility of arranging a transfer to Krasnodar later than 12:00.

Transfer from Armavir railway station at 15:00-15:20.

If you arrive in Sochi, we will meet you at the railway station in Maikop at 22:00. You can get to Maikop by the Lastochka Sochi-Maikop train. The departure time of the train from Adler is 16:18.

In exceptional cases, if the flight is delayed or the train arrives late, the transfer may be delayed, but not more than 40 minutes. In case of mass delay of tourists during the delay of flights and (or) arrival of trains — for an unlimited reasonable time.

Return transfer is on Sunday (not included in the price of the tour).

Bus from Kamennomostskiy settlement to Mineralnye Vody and Armavir departs at 06:30-07:00.
