Day 1 - Khadzhokhskaya Gorge Nature Park, Krasnoe Lake

Getting to know the instructor.
15:00 Briefing.
Excursion to the Khadzhokhskaya Gorge Nature Park, a walk to Krasnoe Lake and its surroundings.
We will also get acquainted with some representatives of the fauna of the Caucasus, endemics and Red Book animals.
The gorge is crowned by a natural stone bridge, which gave the name to the village.
The wild beach and the Azish-Tau ridge will impress even a seasoned tourist.
The length of the route is 4 km.
18:00 Dinner.
19:00 Visit to the thermal springs (1 hour).
The Psygups Thermal Park Hotel Recreation Center is located away from the hustle and bustle of big cities in the quiet and green village of Tulsky in the Republic of Adygea.
The water temperature in the pools is adjusted automatically depending on the weather outside and is always comfortable for swimming (from 30 to 37 ° C).

Day 2 - Stone Garden tour. Horse riding (optional)

10:00 Visit to the private museum "Rock Garden".
The Stone Garden is a museum founded by the Adyghe branch of the Russian Geographical Society.
Here you will learn a lot of interesting things about the fossil minerals of our Republic and much more.
Also on this tour you will get acquainted with the Ammonites and other inhabitants of the ancient ocean "Tethys", hear extraordinary historical stories about the local places and the versions of scientists about the origin of dolmens.

15:00 Horse riding (optional).
The horse ride starts at a small ranch, where upon arrival you will be asked about your ability to handle horses. Everyone will receive a horse according to their experience and riding skills. All your wishes will be taken into account.
After the briefing, the group goes to the most beautiful places of the rocky ridge, accompanied by an experienced instructor who will closely monitor the behavior of the horses throughout the route.
There will be stops on the route for panoramic views with spectacular views of the mountains.

Day 3 - Trekking to the rock "Sail". Canyoning along the Rufabgo Gorge

Day 4 - Rafting on the Belaya River. The climbing wall "Piggy Bank". Mishoko Extreme Park (optional)

Rafting is a real godsend for checking out the team!
At the start, all the necessary equipment is provided and a detailed briefing is conducted.
You will be accompanied by experienced instructors along the entire route. The speed and diamond splashes of the stormy river will not leave anyone indifferent!

15:00 Descent from the Kopilka cliff with climbing equipment.
The height of the vertical cliff is 40-50 meters.
We will use climbing equipment and get lessons in sports skills during the descent using the "Dulfer" method.
Here everyone will reveal their hidden abilities with the help of an experienced specialist — a professional instructor.
An additional safety rope, which is controlled by the instructor, ensures your complete safety.
Also on this day, you can try yourself in the Mishoko extreme Park at various extreme entertainment: trolls, Via Ferrata (not included in the program price).

Day 5 - The Lago Naki Plateau. Caucasian Natural Biosphere Reserve

10:00 Departure for the route — the high-altitude plateau of Lago Naki.
Visit the observation decks with picturesque views of the main Caucasian ridge.
The Iron rock is 1850 m. above sea level.
Visit to the Caucasian Natural Biosphere Reserve.
A visit to wild unequipped caves, a visit to the observation deck of the Mountain Mood tourist complex, where a magnificent view of the Lagonak Highlands and the three thousandth peaks of the Main Caucasian Ridge opens.
Lunch is on the route, we take lunch boxes with us.

Day 6 - Excursion to the high mountain village of Guzeripl

10:00 Excursion to the mountainous village of Guzeripl.
Before entering the village itself, you will see Granite Canyon, Monk Mountain, Hamyshki village.
In the village of Guzeripl, you will be able to see one of the preserved dolmens, visit the interactive museum of the reserve (entrance tickets for an additional fee) and breathe in the fresh mountain air.
14:00 Lunch on the route.
Departure to the Partizanskaya glade on the shore of the Kamenny Sea, the instructor will introduce you to the peaks of the coral reefs of the ancient Tethys Ocean.
19:00 Festive dinner.
We eat shish kebab, shurpa, and share our impressions of a great time.

It is located in a picturesque and ecologically clean place of the Republic of Adygea – the village of Kamennomostsky. From the bus station of the village to the recreation center is about 700 m. Within walking distance of Khadjokh gorge, Kopilka rock, Mishoko Gorge, Red Lake, the bubbling Belaya River. Free Wi-Fi and ticket service are provided.

It's important to know

When going on a tour of Adygea, keep in mind that even in summer it is worth taking warm clothes, since temperature differences in the mountains can be significant, especially at night. It is desirable that the clothes be functional, that is, one layer repels moisture, the second protects from the wind. It is important that the clothes do not cause inconvenience.
