Itinerary

Day 1 - Check-in. Bathing in thermal springs

20:00 Visit to the thermal springs (1 hour).
The PSYGUPS Thermal Park Hotel Recreation Center is located away from the hustle and bustle of big cities in the quiet and green village of Tulsky in the Republic of Adygea.
The water temperature in the pools is adjusted automatically depending on the weather outside and is always comfortable for swimming (from 30 to 37 ° C).
Swimming in outdoor pools with running hot water saturated with minerals from the natural depths.
The relaxing and wellness effect is achieved due to the special properties of thermal waters.

Day 2 - Rufabgo Waterfalls
09:00 Breakfast.
10:00 Excursion to the relict Rufabgo gorge with its waterfalls.
From the first waterfall, called "Noise" to the second — "Cascade" — about 750 m.
The third waterfall "Heart of Rufabgo" is recognized as the most beautiful.
A narrow stream of water, flowing around a huge stone block, breaks off into a picturesque deep gorge.
The cliffs of the gorge, stacked horizontally with limestone slabs, fill the space with mysterious echo sounds.
14:00-15:00 Lunch.
15:00 Visit to the thermal springs (3 hours).
19:00 Dinner.
Day 3 - The Pearl of Adygea is the Lago Naki Plateau
9:00 a.m. Breakfast.
10:00 Departure to the Lago Naki mountain plateau in the Western Caucasus, altitude up to 2400 meters.
Along the way, we stop at panoramic platforms with views of the three thousandth peaks of the Main Caucasian Ridge.
Famous for its snowy slopes in winter and alpine meadows in summer, the plateau is part of the Caucasian State Natural Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with the possibility of sledding, snowmobiling, skiing, there are shops with local souvenirs on the plateau.
A visit to the Bolshaya Azish Cave is a unique place, a natural monument, which is one of the five most beautiful caves located in Europe.
The Azish cave is ideally equipped for tourists to visit, an excursion is conducted, there are steps and fences.
Lunch-picnic on the route.

Day 4 - The capital of the Republic of Adygea

10:00 Excursion to the city of Maykop — one of the most beautiful and well-maintained cities in the North Caucasus
Maikop is the capital of the republic, and the name of the city translates as "Valley of Apples".
During the tour we will visit the National Museum, the Museum of the East, the Cathedral Mosque.
13:00 Lunch on the route at the national cuisine restaurant
14:30 After lunch, a walk through the city park.
If desired, it is possible to visit the Maikop brewery with a guided tasting tour of "Craft beer".
Return to the base.
18:00 Dinner.
For those who wish to visit the thermal springs, there is a free shuttle service.
Day 5 - Relaxation Day
Party by the pool.

It is located in a unique, picturesque and ecologically clean place of the Republic of Adygea – the village of Kamennomostsky. Over a delicious breakfast on the terrace with panoramic windows, you can admire the views of the Caucasus over a cup of hot tea or coffee. And in the evening, you can cook a fragrant barbecue or grilled vegetables, play various exciting outdoor games, sing guitar songs around the campfire.Many tourist attractions are located near the base within walking distance.

Cozy and comfortable rooms are offered for accommodation. The rooms of various categories have everything you need for a comfortable stay, digital TV, Wi-Fi, shower, toilet.

There is a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi area, a children's area and a hydro massage on the territory of the base.
