Day 1 - Check-in. Thermal springs. Cheese master class with tasting

17:00 Master class on the preparation of Adyghe cheese with tasting.
We will learn the secrets and subtleties of making cheese at home.
18:00 Dinner.
19:00 Drive to the thermal springs of the Psygups complex.
Swimming (1 hour) in outdoor pools with running hot water saturated with minerals from natural resources.
The water temperature in the pools is up to 30-37 ° C.
Hot highly mineralized water from a depth of 1580 meters will make your skin as delicate as a baby's.
For tourists arriving NOT from Krasnodar (Mineralnye Vody, Stavropol, Maykop, etc.), the tour of the first day is postponed to another day (discussed together with the instructor).

Day 2 - Scandinavian walking in the Guzeriplsky Nature Reserve

10:00 We take equipment for Nordic walking and go to the Caucasian State Natural Biosphere Reserve of the village of Guzeripl.
The second most popular Caucasian Biosphere Reserve (UNESCO World Heritage Site) after the Lago Naco Plateau."
There is a beautiful forest in the Guzeriplsky reserve, the crystal river Belaya flows, there is a waterfall and a mysterious megalith dolmen.
The reserve is equipped for visiting with paths, gazebos, maps.
17:00 Return to the base.
18:00 Dinner.
19:00 Trip to geothermal springs.
Swimming (1 hour) in outdoor pools with running hot water saturated with minerals from the natural depths.

Day 3 - St. Michael-Athos Monastery. Private museums

10:00 Excursion to St. Michael Athos male communal desert.
We will consider an amazing panorama of mountains, the Lago-Naki highlands with the peaks of Oshten and Abadzesh, the Tybginsky and Chugushsky ranges are visible.

15:00 Visit to the private museums "Panopticon" and "Rock Garden".
The Stone Garden is a museum founded by the Adyghe branch of the Russian Geographical Society.
Here you will learn a lot of interesting things about the fossil minerals of our republic and much more.
Also on this tour you will get acquainted with the Ammonites and other inhabitants of the ancient Tethys ocean, hear extraordinary historical stories about the local places and scientists' versions of the origin of dolmens.

Day 4 - Guzeriple
09:00 Breakfast.
10:00 Excursion to the mountainous village of Guzeripl.
Before entering the village itself, you will see Granite Canyon, Monk Mountain, Hamyshki village.
In the village of Guzeripl you will be able to see one of the preserved dolmens, visit the interactive museum of the reserve (entrance tickets for an additional fee) and breathe in the fresh mountain air.
14:00 Lunch on the route.
Departure to the Partizanskaya glade on the shore of the Kamenny Sea, the instructor will introduce you to the peaks of the coral reefs of the ancient Tethys Ocean.
18:00 We return to the base.
19:00 Dinner.
Gatherings around the campfire.
We eat shish kebab, shurpa, and share our impressions of a great time.
