Itinerary

Day 1 - Visiting the Khadjokh gorge and swimming in geothermal springs
14:30 Check-in, lunch, meeting with the instructor.
15:00 Excursion to the Khadjokh Gorge.
This is a natural monument created by the river millions of years ago.
We will also get acquainted with some representatives of the fauna of the Caucasus, endemic and Red Book animals.
The wild beach and the Azish-Tau ridge will impress even a seasoned tourist.
The wild beach is located in the Rufabgo gorge, hidden from the eyes of curious tourists, it attracts with its mystery and seclusion.
The length of the route is 4 km.

19:00 Visit to the thermal springs (1 hour).
The PSYGUPS Thermal Park Hotel Recreation Center is located away from the hustle and bustle of big cities in the quiet and green village of Tulsky in the Republic of Adygea.

Day 2 - Horseback riding, the confluence of two rivers "Belaya" and "Dakh". Geothermal sources

10:00 Horse riding (extra charge).
The horse ride starts at a small ranch, where upon arrival you will be asked about your ability to handle horses.
Everyone will receive a horse according to their experience and riding skills. All your wishes will be taken into account.
After the briefing, the group goes to the most beautiful places of the rocky ridge, accompanied by an experienced instructor who will closely monitor the behavior of the horses throughout the route.
There will be stops on the route for panoramic views with spectacular views of the mountains.

Day 3 - Excursion to the relict Rufabgo gorge, geothermal springs

From the first waterfall, called "Noise" to the second — "Cascade" — about 750 m.
The third waterfall "Heart of Rufabgo" is recognized as the most beautiful.
The cliffs of the gorge, stacked horizontally with limestone slabs, fill the space with mysterious echo sounds.
People call this stone "The Heart of a Giant" and tell an ancient legend

Day 4 - Excursion to St. Michael's Monastery, geothermal springs

10:00 Departure to the village. Victory on an excursion to St. Michael's Monastery.
It is believed that these mysterious structures of antiquity, the origin of which was "broken by many pundits", have common roots with famous megalithic structures on other continents, such as Stonehenge and stone statues of Easter Island.
You can visit the accessible part of the underground monastery: the chapel and several caves — cells of the monks.
Not far from the monastery, on Mount Physiabgo, there is a healing spring of the holy Great Martyr and healer Panteleimon, according to legend, heals the suffering from diseases.
You will be able to swim in the holy spring.
The animal world is also diverse: wild pigs, goats, bears, wolves, foxes, jackals, badgers, martens, hares, squirrels live here.

Day 5 - Excursion to the high mountain plateau of Lago Naki

10:00 Departure to the Lago Naki mountain plateau in the Western Caucasus, altitude up to 2200 meters.
Along the way, we stop at panoramic platforms with views of the three thousandth peaks of the Main Caucasian Ridge.
A visit to the Bolshaya Azish Cave is a unique place, a natural monument, which is one of the five most beautiful caves located in Europe.
Lunch is on the route.
16:00 The history of the creation of Adyghe cheeses, cheese tasting.
18:00 Dinner.
19:00 For those who wish to visit the thermal springs, there is a free shuttle service.

Day 6 - The village of Guzeripl, Partizanskaya polyana

10:00 Excursion to the mountainous village of Guzeripl.
Before entering the village itself, you will see Granite Canyon, Monk Mountain, Hamyshki village.
In the village of Guzeripl, you will be able to see one of the preserved dolmens, visit the interactive museum of the reserve (entrance fees are extra.pay) and get some fresh mountain air.
14:00 Lunch on the route.
Departure to the Partizanskaya glade on the shore of the Kamenny Sea, the instructor will introduce you to the peaks of the coral reefs of the ancient Tethys Ocean.
18:00 We return to the base.
19:00 Dinner. Gatherings around the campfire.
We eat shish kebab, shurpa, and share our impressions of a great time.
