Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival. Psygups Thermal Spring
Meeting in the parking lot of Krasnodar railway station (Krasnodar-1) — departure at 11:00.
Meeting in the parking lots in front of Krasnodar and Mineralnye Vody airports — departure at 14:00.
If you arrive in Krasnodar or Mineralnye Vody the day before, on the day of the start of the tour, you independently get to the Krasnodar—1 railway station (by 11:00) or the airport (by 14:00 - Krasnodar and Mineralnye Vody).
Important: if you arrive at the railway station (11:00), then the program of the day will be standard. If you arrive at the airport (14:00) — the first day is free, the thermal springs are postponed to the evening of another day.
13:30-14:00 Accommodation in a guest house chosen for tourists arriving from Krasnodar.
14:00 Lunch prepared by the guest house chefs, including a variety of home-cooked dishes.
14:30-15:00 Departure of tourists arriving from Krasnodar to the Psygups geothermal spring.
The cost of visiting the thermal springs (3 hours swimming):
Fri to Sun / holidays: adults and children from 14 years — 1250 rubles, children 6-13 years — 750 rubles;
from Mon to Thu: adults 1150 rubles, children 700 rubles.
17:00-18:30 Accommodation in a guest house chosen for tourists arriving from Mineralnye Vody.
After accommodation in the city hall, tourists arriving from Mineralnye Vody go for lunch, and they are given dinner packed in lunch boxes.
19:00 Dinner at the guest house.
This evening, as on any other, you can also visit the sauna or wood-burning sauna, stroll along the banks of the Belaya River or along the pedestrian suspension bridge over the river, relax in gazebos on the territory of guest houses.

Day 2 - Rufabgo Creek gorge. Monastery
09:00 Breakfast from the chefs of the guest house.
10:00 Departure for an excursion to the Rufabgo Creek gorge. The slopes of the gorge are densely covered with beech forest, trees and rocks are entwined with garlands of Colchian ivy.
You will see several beautiful waterfalls: Noise, Cascade, Heart of Rufabgo and Maiden Spit. You will walk through a deep gorge, an ancient tectonic fault with steep slopes, stone terraces, grottoes and steep rock corridors up to 150 m high.
Entrance ticket:
weekdays 700 rubles for adults, 350 rubles for children under 14 years old;
holidays 800 rubles for adults, 400 rubles for children.
14:00 Lunch at the guest house.
15:00 Departure for an excursion to St. Michael's Athos Monastery. It is unique for its caves and underground passages.
The road leading to the monastery offers an amazing panorama of the mountains. The Lago-Naki plateau, the peaks of the Main Caucasian Ridge, Tybginsky, Chugushsky and Fisht-Oshtenovsky mountain junctions are clearly visible from here.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to swim in the life-giving spring of the Holy Great Martyr Panteleimon, located on the slope of Mount Physiabgo.
The cost is 600 rubles for adults, 300 rubles for children under 14 years old. The price includes two guided tours.

Day 3 - Khadjokh Gorge and the Guzeripl cordon
09:00 Breakfast from the chefs of the guest house. Check-out for the whole day.
10:00 We go on an excursion to the canyon of the Belaya River — Khadzhokhskaya gorge.
Entrance ticket:
weekdays 700 rubles for adults, 350 rubles for children;
holidays 800 rubles for adults, 400 rubles for children.
After a short guided tour (about an hour and a half) we will move in the direction of the village of Guzeripl, which contains the eponymous cordon of the Caucasian Biosphere Reserve named after H.G. Shaposhnikov.
13:00 Set lunch at the Ammonite cafe (previously from November to April, the rest of the time the chefs pack lunch boxes for us).
14:00 On the way, we will stop at the panoramic points of the Granite Canyon, which is 4.2 km long. We will visit the Caucasian Biosphere Reserve, the Guzeripl cordon.
Cordon tour: nature Museum, leopard trail, aviary complex, dolmen, confluence of the Belaya and Molchepa rivers, fir-beech forest.
The entrance ticket to the reserve is 500 rubles for adults and 250 rubles for children.
19:00 Dinner at the guest house.

Day 4 - Horseback riding and hiking in Mishoko Gorge
09:00 Breakfast from the chefs of the guest house.
10:00 Walking route through the Mishoko gorge, but already at the bottom of the gorge — waterfalls, grottos and caves are waiting for us there.
The cost of the excursion to the Mishoko Gorge is free of charge.
After the gorge, if desired, the most active tourists will have the opportunity to visit the extreme park, fly on a trolley over the gorge at speeds up to 50 km / h and conquer the rocky route.
There is the longest zipline in Adygea, the length of the flight over the gorge is about 700 meters, the depth of the gorge is 180 meters. The route consists of two flights over the Mishoko gorge, as well as an ascent along Via Ferrata (an equipped rock section with a height of about 60 meters).
The cost of this attraction is from 3000-3500 rubles per person (depends on the route you choose, easier or more difficult).
You can also ride a Floating swing, which is located on the cliff of the gorge, riding takes place with a safety system.
The cost of the swing is 1000 rubles.
14:00 Lunch at the guest house.
15:00 Horseback riding for 1.5 hours along the route "Mishoko Gorge and old Circassian gardens".
During the walk, we use one type of equestrian gait — a step. Riding will be calm, slow — the speed is about 4-5 km / h.
We will ride horses along the top of the gorge with picturesque views, then through the old Circassian gardens, through the river and oak grove to the beginning of the route. We enjoy active recreation, moderate physical activity and enjoy the views.
Important! The tourist's weight limit is no more than 95 kg. If the weight limit is exceeded or the tourist refuses to take a horse ride for other reasons, a replacement tour is not provided.
Comfortable shoes! The cost of horseback riding is 2500 rubles per person.

Day 5 - Lago Naki Plateau and visit to the Azish cave

10:00 Departure for the whole day. The final point is the famous Lago Naki plateau, a real pearl of Adygea.
On the way to the plateau, you will visit picturesque panoramic points, the Bolshaya Azishskaya and Nezhnaya caves, and you will also be able to buy the famous Adyghe cheese, sweets, and honey at the local highland market.
Gentle Cave — 800 rubles for adults and 400 rubles for children.
Azishskaya cave — 1000 rubles for adults and 500 rubles for children.
14:00 Hot lunch at the cozy cafe Height 1512 near the Azish cave (previously until the end of March, starting in April, the chefs of the guest houses collect lunch boxes for us on the way)
15:00 Excursion to the Lago Naki plateau. A corner of the nature of the Greater Caucasus with Alpine meadows, which tourists from all over Russia come to admire. There will be time to enjoy the magnificent views, breathe in the purest mountain air and, of course, take photos and videos for memory.
After the excursion to the plateau, tourists arriving from Mineralnye Vody go to the Psygups geothermal spring.

The presence of air conditioners in guest house rooms: "Rowan Beads" / "Khadjoh Park" / "Rest by the river" / "Dego". There is no air conditioner: "Mountain Lavender" / "Sofia" / "On Aminovskaya".

Check-in is possible only in Rowan Beads village. We only accept women for check-in, when booking one month before the start of the tour. Mr. Sofia does not accept foreign citizens. There is no check-in during the May holidays.

For single occupancy in Rowan Beads, only 2-bed rooms are reserved, 3- and 4-bed rooms for families only.

Meals:

tourists staying in the Ryabinovy Beads, Mountain Lavender, On Aminovskaya and Near the stream, eat at the Ryabinovy Beads guest house;
tourists who live in the Recreation area by the river have breakfast in their hotel, and have lunch and dinner in Rowan beads.;
the distance to the Rowan beads from the Mountain Lavender is 50 meters, from the Rest by the river 200 meters, from

Tourists come to breakfast on their own, and also return to their accommodation facility after dinner.;

Log cabins made of northern pine make you fall in love with yourself at first sight. A playground, a small pond with a bridge, free parking, gazebos, sauna, barbecue area — all this is surrounded by greenery and chirping birds.

The Belaya River flows literally 30 meters away, and the photos from the suspension bridge over the river will be among the best in your collection. The heated rooms are located in several wooden houses.

They feature a flat-screen TV, a balcony with garden views, and a private bathroom with free toiletries.

There is a shared lounge, a dining room, a kitchen, an outdoor area with barbecue facilities and a shared sauna. There is a trampoline for children. There is a heated swimming pool on site.

I’d like to share my impressions of the Adygea Light tour, which we took in June 2024. It was our first tour within Russia, and it exceeded all expectations. The organization was top-notch, everything was handled smoothly, from the initial pickup to the final transfer at the end of the trip. We stayed in the town of Dego. The area was small but cozy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious, in fact, we were practically overfed. Our guide Natalia was fantastic, she made the trip so interesting. She was attentive to everyone, shared lots of fascinating information about the sights, and even accompanied us on some excursions where she wasn’t officially guiding. I really enjoyed everything about the tour program. The locations were absolutely stunning and full of natural beauty, and our photos turned out amazing. The only downside was the horseback ride: we were promised a scenic ride through a gorge, but in reality, it was just a walk through the forest, which didn’t offer much to see.
