The autumn charm of the Adygea mountains

We have breakfast and set off on the route.

Today we will visit the Granite Canyon and the museum of the Caucasian Biosphere Reserve (Guzeripl village), we will see the largest dolmen in Adygea.

This "giant" will make quite a strong impression on you due to its aesthetic and megalithic features.

We will talk about the history and mysteries of the Caucasian dolmens, the emergence of construction technology and the mysterious disappearance of the grandiose culture of dolmen builders.

We also study the exhibits of the Museum of nature and the history of the reserve.

Along the way, we make stops at picturesque points of the Granite Canyon, approach narrow places (the width of the riverbed does not exceed 2 meters), where the mountain river is squeezed by stone giants.

The road to the village of Guzeripl itself impresses with the change of landscapes and the view of the rocky belt of the Kamennoe Sea mountain range. This tsunami is refracted almost at right angles at its highest point, is called Nagoya Kosh and rises 300 meters.

Return to the base.

Supper.

In the evening, after dinner, we are waiting for you in our cozy cafe, where you can chat with new friends, listen to music, play board games or sing guitar songs together.

After breakfast, we leave for the beginning of the route.

Today we are taking a walk to the waterfalls of the Rufabgo River gorge.

An incredibly picturesque place!

The slopes of the gorge are densely covered with beech forest, trees and rocks are entwined with garlands of Colchian ivy.

Here we will see waterfalls surrounded by steep slopes and stone terraces, grottoes, steep rock corridors up to 150 m high.

After passing through the "stone labyrinths" we will visit historical sites — the "zindan" medieval fortress, an ancient altar and menhirs.

We'll have a picnic on the route.

After the route, we return to the base, where a delicious dinner will be waiting for us.

After breakfast, we will be taken by car to the checkpoint of the reserve, from where our route will begin.

We're going on a real camping trip this day.

It will pass through the territory of the reserve.

Our way lies through the "Stone Sea".

Ahead is an endless expanse of plateaus with karst craters and dazzling white patches of snowfields, a breathtaking panorama from a height of more than two kilometers to the peaks of Sedoy Oshten, Fisht and much more.

The route does not require any special training — it is a simple trekking!

We return through the checkpoint, where the transport will be waiting for us.

After a delicious dinner, we suggest spending the evening in a light playful atmosphere or watching themed films.

The group will be transported by road to the beginning of the route.

Today we will take a walk along the middle tier of the gorge of the Meshoko River.

There is a full range of attractions here: caves, rocks, grottos, waterfalls, panoramic points and even an ancient man's parking lot.

We will tell you about the ancient settlement located near this stunning place.

After completing the route, have a snack at the most picturesque panoramic point of the Meshoko gorge.

Then we'll take a leisurely horse ride.

The view of the gorge you just passed from above, the obedient horse under you is wonderful!

Return to the base.

Supper.

We take a minibus to the Gutter gorge (1,700 meters above sea level).

We climb to the observation point, which offers magnificent panoramic views of the plateau, rock outcrops up to 100 meters high.

Next, we will walk over the Kurdzhip gorge.

When we reach the wildest and most beautiful places, we arrange a hot snack among the huge mossy fir trees.

It will turn out to be extremely tasty and desirable, and the presence of local spirits as a tasting will give our meal a touch of celebration.

The route is circular, so we manage to get to the most interesting places.

After the route, we return to the base, where we will have a natural home cooking, gatherings in a warm company by the fireplace with a guitar.

On this day, we invite you to an amazing journey through the labyrinths of the underworld — into wild caves.

We're going on an off-road vehicle.

Following the wild caves, we make a stop at the grotto (the site of primitive man).

Excavations are currently underway here, so there will be something to listen to, imagine, and feel.

Wild caves — you can know a lot about them, but once inside, you really begin to feel their beauty and primeval beauty.

It's better to see it once!

Our wild cave is one of the most beautiful karst cavities.

Part of its leaky formations is composed of soft calcite, which makes it white.

As you descend into the depths, you steadily feel the spirit of the explorer within you.

We will also remember our experiment — "magical sounds of music" in total darkness.

After returning from the route, we "warm up" our emotions in the hot thermal springs.

It's time to compare the sunset on the plain with the mountain views of the past day.

The gentle and relaxing effect of the thermal spring water, the diffused warm steam rising from the surface of the pool, the stars of the night sky, the play of light and sound — all this is an excellent end to a good day!
