Day 1 - Accommodation at the campsite, rest
We stay in the cozy rooms of our base, relax, have a delicious dinner.
At 20:00 we are waiting for everyone in our cafe near the fireplace, we will get acquainted, discuss the nuances of upcoming adventures, drink tea on mountain herbs – in general, enjoy the evening in the mountains!

Day 2 - Granite Canyon, Museum of the Caucasian Biosphere Reserve, Guzeriplsky Dolmen
We have breakfast and go on the route.
Today we will visit the Granite Canyon and the Museum of the Caucasian Biosphere Reserve (Guzeripl village), we will see the largest dolmen in Adygea.
This "giant" will make a pretty strong impression on you due to its aesthetic and megalithic features.
We will talk about the history and mysteries of the Caucasian dolmens, about the emergence of construction technology and the mysterious disappearance of the grandiose culture of dolmen builders.
We also study the exhibits of the Museum of Nature and the history of the reserve.
Along the way, we make stops at picturesque points of the Granite Canyon, we will approach narrow places (the width of the riverbed does not exceed 2 meters), where the mountain river is squeezed by stone giants.
The road itself to the village of Guzeripl impresses with a change of landscapes and an opening view of the rocky belt of the Kamennoe Sea mountain range – this is a tsunami refracting almost at right angles at its highest point, has the name Nagoy Kosh and rises 300 meters.
Return to the base.
In the evening, after dinner, we are waiting for you in our cozy cafe.

Day 3 - Guided tour of the Rufabgo River Gorge
After breakfast, we leave for the beginning of the route.
Today we take a walk to the waterfalls of the Rufabgo River gorge.
An incredibly picturesque place!
The slopes of the gorge are densely covered with beech forest, trees and rocks are entwined with garlands of Colchian ivy.
Here we will see waterfalls surrounded by steep slopes and stone terraces, grottoes, steep rock corridors up to 150 m high. and passing through the "stone labyrinths" we will visit historical sites – the "zindan" of a medieval fortress, an ancient altar and menhirs.
We'll have a picnic on the route.
In the evening, we return to the base, where a delicious dinner will be waiting for us.

Day 4 - The route along the Lago Naki plateau
After breakfast, we will be taken by car to the checkpoint of the reserve, from where our route will begin.
On this day we are going on a real hike.
It will pass through the territory of the reserve, in the area of alpine meadows.
Our way lies through the "Stone Sea".
Ahead is the boundless expanse of the plateau with karst craters and dazzling white patches of snowfields, a breathtaking panorama from a height of more than two kilometers to the peaks of gray Oshten, Fisht and much more.
The route does not require special training – it is a simple trekking!
We return through the checkpoint, where transport will be waiting for us.
After a delicious dinner, we suggest spending the evening in a light game atmosphere or watching themed movies.

Day 5 - Walking along the gorge of the Meshoko River, horseback riding
The group will be transported by road to the beginning of the route.
Today we will take a walk along the middle tier of the Meshoko River gorge.
There is a full set of attractions here: caves, rocks, grottoes, waterfalls, panoramic points and even an ancient man's parking lot.
We will tell you about the ancient settlement located near this amazing place.
After the end of the route, have a snack at the most picturesque point of the Meshoko gorge.
After that, we will take a leisurely horse ride.
Return to the base.

Day 6 - Forest walk in the highlands
We take a minibus to the Chute gorge (1700 meters above sea level).
We climb to the observation point, which offers magnificent panoramic views of the plateau, rock outcrops up to 100 meters high.
It's all breathtaking!
Next, we will walk over the Kurdzhip gorge.
When we get to the wildest and most beautiful places, among the huge mossy firs we arrange a hot rest snack, make a bonfire.
It will turn out to be extremely tasty and desirable, and the presence of local spirits as a tasting will give our meal a festive touch.
The route is circular, so we manage to get to the most interesting places.
After the route, we return to the base, where natural home cooking awaits us, gatherings in warm company by the fireplace with a guitar.

Day 7 - Route to wild caves and exit to geothermal springs
On this day, we invite you to an amazing journey through the labyrinths of the underworld – into wild caves.

We are going on the road in an SUV.

Following the wild caves, we make a stop at the grotto (the parking lot of primitive man).

Excavations are currently underway here, so there will be something to listen to, imagine, and feel.

So, wild caves!

You can know a lot about them, but once inside, you begin to really feel their beauty and primevalness.

It's better to see it once!

Our wild cave is one of the most beautiful karst cavities.

Some of its sinter formations are composed of soft calcite – this makes it white.

Going down into the depths, you steadily feel the spirit of the researcher in yourself.

This feeling does not leave you until the evening.

Our experiment will also be remembered – the "magical sounds of music" in complete darkness.

After returning from the route, we "warm up" our emotions in the hot thermal springs.

It's time to compare the sunset on the plain with the mountain views of the past day.

The soft and relaxing effect of the thermal spring water, the diffused warm steam rising above the surface of the pool, the stars of the night sky, the play of light and sound – all this is an excellent end to a good day!

Day 8 - Completion of the tour
Breakfast at 09:00, packing, departure.
The return transfer is at 10:00 in agreement with the group, departure from the accommodation base (paid separately).
Take a return ticket no earlier than 15:30.

The tour provides double accommodation at the recreation center.

The surcharge for single occupancy is 14,000 rubles.

When requesting a tour of one participant who agrees to check in (double occupancy) the cost of the tour is not recalculated.

The recreation center is located in the mountains, in the forest zone of the Azish ridge at an altitude of about 1200 m above sea level and is 300 m away from the highway, which creates a sense of privacy, but at the same time, access is available at any time of the year and for any transport. Parking is available on site, there is an excellent wood-burning sauna and a kitchen for common use.

Terms of accommodation:

Cottages No. 1, 2, 3. In 1 and 2 cottages there are 3 comfortable double rooms (two lower ones with covered verandas and one attic), with the possibility of additional accommodation. places (comfortable folding bed). There are two double rooms in the 3rd cottage. The rooms have a separate entrance, each room has a bathroom, LCD TV, comfortable beds, wardrobe, table, chairs. The lower rooms have a spacious covered veranda, next to which there are barbecues.

Cottage No. 4.The cottage has 3 rooms – on the ground floor there are two two-room rooms, with a capacity of up to 4 people each, on the second floor there is one spacious, one-room 4-bed room. The two-room rooms have a separate entrance, a bedroom (double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables), a hall (LCD TV, sofa, armchair, chest of drawers, table, chairs), a bathroom. Attic room (2 beds, double sofa bed, LCD TV, wardrobe, bedside tables, table, chairs, bathroom). Next to the cottage there is a large gazebo for relaxing and a barbecue.

Medical preparations:

Equipment:

a small backpack (20-30 liters) – it is convenient to take things with you for a walk;
a tourist seat (hob, podpopnik) with foil and an elastic band. The price starts from 250 rubles.;
sunglasses (for snow and sun protection) — optional;
the poncho raincoat is dense (! required): cellophane for 100-200 rubles will not last a day;
swimming trunks/swimsuit and flip–flops - for thermal springs;
hiking gaiters or lanterns for feet: from mud, rain and snow;
hermetic package for phone and photo and video equipment (in case of rain);
refillable water bottle or small thermos 500 ml (optional);
trekking poles (optional). If there is a problem with knees, hip joints, ankles, they will help a lot. If your sticks do not fit in your luggage, do not worry – we will give you sticks at the base for the whole week of your vacation;
hygienic lipstick or lip balm (required! both boys and girls – from the wind and the sun);
sunscreen SPF 50+ (snow in the sun can tan and even burn).

Shoes and clothes for travel:

When choosing clothes to participate in an active tour, keep in mind that they must protect you from wind, rain, sun, insects and mechanical damage (branches, grass, stones). We recommend taking specialized clothing for tourism and sports made of synthetic materials, as it provides good ventilation, dries quickly, does not crumple, and is more comfortable when moving. The main principle is layering: hot – undressed, cold – insulated.

Shoes:

Comfortable sports shoes. Two pairs with non-slip soles are required!

the first pair is high waterproof boots (if there are treking shoes, it is better to take them). As an alternative for autumn: lightweight rubber (without liner) EVA boots;
The second pair is sneakers with non–slip soles;
rubber flip-flops for visiting thermal springs and walking around the base by room.

Clothes:

In autumn, take clothes for warm and cool weather.

For cool weather:

The jacket is windproof, waterproof;
down or fleece vest (optional);
warm sports/fleece suit (sweatshirt, pants);
fleece jacket (required! – for all weather conditions);
a set of thermal underwear (optional). It can be used as a bottom layer;
warm wool socks (merino, alpaca) 1 pair. Look at the fishing shop – they know a lot about warm clothes;
scarf / fleece gaiter (baffik) / warm shawl – to insulate the throat and neck;
a cap;
gloves are warm (fleece is better).

For warm weather:

synthetic T-shirts 2-3 pcs.;
lightweight sports trousers (required!). You can also take shorts (if the weather allows) or transformers trousers-shorts;
socks (2-3 pairs of regular ones);
a hat for sunny weather is a cap/panama hat.

The nearest airport is Krasnodar, 180 km away.
The nearest railway station is Belorechensk, 70 km / Krasnodar, 180 km.

Recreation center "Formula of active recreation" – Republic of Adygea, Maikopsky district, 13th km of the Dakhovskaya Lago-Naki highway.

Our proposed accommodation facility is located in the mountains of the Northwestern Caucasus, the Republic of Adygea, Maikopsky district (in the direction of the Lagonak highlands). The roads are paved throughout, you can get by car or by bus, or by railway transport to the village. Kamennomostsky, which is connected by a railway line to Belorechensk and Maykop. Next, we are ready to arrange a transfer to the accommodation (please specify the details when booking the tour).

By car:
From Moscow – to Voronezh – then Rostov-on-Don – then Krasnodar (80 km before reaching Krasnodar) – to Korenovsk to the left, to Maykop – then the village. Kamenomostskiy (40 km from Maykop).
Then you drive through the whole village along the main road, then 7 km to the only fork of the Guzeripl / Lago-Naki. At the fork, turn right, pass the bridge over the Belaya River and follow the road up to the Lago Naki plateau.
After 250 m from the "13 km" mark of the Dakhovskaya-Lago-Naki highway, turn left at the recreation center "Green Guy" sign. Another 400 m and you are there.

By bus:
From Moscow to Krasnodar or Maykop. Then by regular bus to the village. Kamenomostsky.
There is a direct flight from Krasnodar to the village. Kamenomostskiy (Krasnodar – Pobeda at 6:50 and 16:24) or with a transfer to Maykop, to the village. Kamenomostsky.
By regular bus to Maykop (departure every hour, travel time 2.5-3 hours). Then get to the Bus station (ost. Market), from where the buses going to the village leave. Kamennomostsky (travel time 50 min).
From the village. Kamenomostskiy we are ready to arrange a transfer to the accommodation (upon prior request).

By plane:
Yes, Krasnodar (Pashkovsky airport), then you can get to the accommodation base in two ways: by regular bus (see the description above) or by taxi (3000-3500 rubles/ passenger car).

By train:
To Krasnodar or Belorechensk, then by bus to the village. Kamennomostsky.
From the village. Kamenomostskiy we are ready to arrange a transfer to the accommodation (upon prior request).

I was on the Autumn Charm of the Adygea Mountains tour in September 2021. I really liked the tour: A rich program, qualified guides who changed every day for the program and allowed us to look at the tour from different points of view! everything is thought out to the smallest detail! The organizer is beyond praise! We were able to squeeze everything out of this place: hiking, gorges, simple uphill climbs, waterfalls, horseback riding, and caves. I recommend it to everyone and wish prosperity to the organizers!

I really liked the tour, visited many beautiful places, the program was quite intense and there was no time to get bored, despite the fact that there are interruptions with cellular communication at the base and TV was not working. The instructors are qualified, helped to pass the most difficult sections of the routes and always waited for the laggards, in addition, it is clear that the organizers themselves are interested in their native land, they told us a lot about nature, local plants and fauna. In general, largely thanks to the good and very experienced staff and the owners of the recreation center, the most wonderful impressions of Adygea remained. The food is good, quite varied, no one went hungry. However, I would like to dilute a large number of chicken dishes with other types of meat and fish. The houses for living are quite cozy, heated. The only disadvantage in terms of comfort is periodic problems with water pressure when flushing and in the shower - but you can close your eyes to this, after all, the recreation center is located in the middle of the forest (and not in the city) and some inconveniences are excusable.
