We celebrate the bright autumn at the thermal springs with a visit to the beauties of Adygea.

We will hear the sounds of a stormy river in a narrow gorge, see the panoramas of the Lago Naki high plateau, and visit the Rufabgo waterfalls. In the evening, we will have a swim in the thermal springs. Highly mineralized water from a depth of 1580 meters will have a beneficial effect on the skin and help you relax.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival. Visit to the thermal springs
11:00-12:00 Meeting at Krasnodar-1 railway station.
12:00-13:00 Meeting at Krasnodar airport.
15:30 Meeting in Mineralnye Vody at the airport.
14:00-15:00 Arrival at the accommodation facility for guests arriving from Krasnodar.
A late lunch for guests arriving from Krasnodar.
Lunch prepared by the chefs of the campsite, which includes a variety of home-cooked dishes.
15:00-16:00 Departure of tourists arriving from Krasnodar to the Psygups geothermal spring.
Visit to the thermal springs (2 hours).
The Psygups Thermal Park Hotel Recreation Center is located away from the hustle and bustle of big cities in the quiet and green village of Tulsky in the Republic of Adygea.
The water temperature in the pools is adjusted automatically depending on the weather outside and is always comfortable for swimming (from 30 to 37 ° C). Swimming in outdoor pools with running hot water saturated with minerals from the natural depths.

Guests from Mineralnye Vody skip the day of the excursion, as the price of the tour includes a transfer from Mineralnye Vody and compensates for one day of the excursion.

Day 2 - Horseback riding. Thermal springs
09:00 Breakfast.
10:00 Horseback riding (optional, extra charge) in the saddle for 1.5 hours along the route "Mishoko Gorge and old Circassian gardens". The cost starts from 2,500 rubles.
During the walk, we use one type of equestrian gait — a step. Riding will be calm, slow — the speed is about 4-5 km / h.
We will ride horses along the top of the gorge with picturesque views, then through the old Circassian gardens, through the river and oak grove to the beginning of the route. We enjoy active recreation, moderate physical activity and enjoy the views.
The tourist's weight limit is no more than 95 kg.
If the weight limit is exceeded or the tourist refuses to take a horse ride for other reasons, a replacement tour is not provided.

Day 3 - Guided tour to the relict Rufabgo gorge. Thermal baths

10:00 Departure for an excursion to the Rufabgo Creek gorge.
Admission is from 600 rubles. adult.
Translated from Adyghe, Rufabgo means "rabid". The slopes of the gorge are densely covered with beech forest, trees and rocks are entwined with garlands of Colchian ivy.
You will see several beautiful waterfalls: Noise, Cascade, Heart of Rufabgo and Maiden Spit.
You will walk through a deep gorge, an ancient tectonic fault with steep slopes, stone terraces, grottoes and steep rock corridors up to 150 m high.

Day 4 - The Khadjokh Gorge. Thermal springs

10:00 Excursion to the Khadjokh gorge.
Admission is 600 rubles for adults, 400 rubles for children from 7 to 13 years old, up to 7 years old for free.
We assure you that you will experience an extraordinary delight from the impressions of visiting the gorge. Here, the powerful Belaya River fits into a 3-5-meter opening.
It is impossible to tell what happens here during the spring snowmelt. Or it's better to come and hear the voice of the river for yourself, which the rock is trying to put in stone handcuffs.
For active guests, there is an alternative to excursions — rafting on the Belaya River. The cost starts from 2,000 rubles.

Day 5 - Lago Naki Plateau tour, cave visit
09:00 Breakfast.
10:00 a.m. Today, you will check out for the whole day. The final point is the famous Lago Naki plateau, a real pearl of Adygea.
In the morning, on the way to the plateau, you will visit the picturesque panoramic points, the Bolshaya Azishskaya and Nezhnaya caves, and you will also be able to buy the famous Adyghe cheese, sweets, honey and other souvenirs for yourself and your loved ones at the local highland market.
Entrance to the Azishskaya cave — from 800 rubles. adult, 500 rubles. children from 7 to 14 years old, up to 7 years old for free. The entrance to the Gentle Cave is being clarified.
14:00 Lunch on the route (lunch boxes).
15:00 Excursion to the Lago Naki plateau.
