To the edge of the mountains and waterfalls of Adygea

We will spend this day in the gorge of the Rufabgo River.

You will see six beautiful waterfalls: "Noise", "Cascade", "Heart of Rufabgo", "Maiden's Braid", "Cup of Love" and "Maiden's tears". 

The gorge is rich in small grottoes, and its walls have an unusual folded appearance. 

In the summer heat, it is always cool and pleasant here, and in winter everything is covered with ice and giant icicles, even waterfalls freeze in bizarre ice figures. 

We will stop for lunch in the Instructor's grotto, hidden from prying eyes. 

We will make our way back along the upper trail of the Azish-Tau ridge.

It offers magnificent panoramas of the valley of the Belaya River and the opposite ridge of the Una-Koz.

On the way we will visit the cave Through (Sinkhole). 

Return to the base, dinner, free time.

After breakfast, we will go for a walk in the Mishoko Gorge, which has a beautiful mountain stream with many waterfalls. 

The trail leads upstream, along a steep high cliff, past beautiful grottoes. 

We will stop at one of the beautiful glades for rest and lunch.

The second half of the day will be extreme. 

The program includes flights through the gorge along the troll at an altitude of 150 meters, overcoming a steep rock wall along Via Ferrate, walking along the beautiful panoramic points of the Una-Koz ridge.

After dinner, if desired, we go swimming to the thermal springs, they flow directly from the ground and keep the temperature high all year round. 

Pools with cool water have been built next to them, there are indoor and outdoor gazebos, benches, and beautiful park areas. 

Some of the thermal springs have healing properties and, of course, each of them charges with health, cheerfulness and a great mood!

We will spend this day traveling! 

The first thing we do is go to the Lago Naki plateau. 

On the way, we will go down to the caves of Bolshaya Azishskaya and Nezhnaya. 

Then we go to the village of Khamyshki.

On the way we will visit the dolmens. 

After lunch, we will go rafting on the Belaya River. 

The river section is easy and safe, beginners are allowed to rafting. 

A water tourism instructor will be with you, who will teach you how to operate a raft and help you overcome all water obstacles correctly.

Today we will start with a trip to Guzeripl, the uppermost village on the Belaya River. 

The Caucasian Nature Reserve begins here.

The largest and best preserved dolmen is located on its territory.

There is a museum nearby, which we will definitely visit. 

The staff of the reserve will conduct an interesting tour and tell you about its inhabitants and rare plants. 

After lunch, we will go to a picturesque place called "Partizanskaya Polyana". 

From here you can enjoy an incredible view of the Fisht-Oshtenovsky massif and the Kamenny Sea ridge.

Then we go to the Granite Canyon of the Belaya River, where the amazing combination of red granite with the greenish-blue color of the river and the lush greenery of the approaching forest fascinates and soothes.

After a short walk we go to St. Michael's Monastery of the XIX century. 

Those who wish can go inside and pray. 

Then we will taste freshly baked pancakes, walk around the territory, where every stone reminds of the past centuries and go down into the old underground corridors of the monastery, look into the underground cells. 

After that, we will go on a walking tour to Mount Physiabgo, and on the way to the top we will approach the holy spring, from which you can drink water and plunge into the font of the healer Panteleimon.

We are going to travel to the Guam Gorge! 

A beautiful place with an extraordinary nature. 

The length of the gorge is 3.5 km, and the depth reaches 400 meters, in places the gorge narrows to 2 meters. 

A narrow-gauge railway has been laid through the gorge, along which an excursion train runs. 

On one side of the railway there is an impregnable rock, and on the other the Kurjips River meanders bizarrely.

Many river rapids, rifts, and small waterfalls give the gorge its charm. 

Relict boxwood can be seen on the slopes of the Guam Gorge.
