Itinerary

Day 1 - Meeting of the group, Chui tract, Chike-Taman pass, confluence of Chui and Katuni
Meeting at the airport in the morning before 10:30 a.m. or transfer from the hotel within a radius of 30 km. Breakfast in the restaurant. Departure along the route at 10-11 o'clock.
Today you will take a ride along the most beautiful and significant road in Altai – the Chui tract. The highway is considered one of the most spectacular throughout Russia and is among the five most beautiful highways in the world according to National Geographic magazine.
The Chuisky highway runs through the most beautiful places, each of which you want to talk about for hours.
We have lunch in an atmospheric agro-complex Inegen.

Chike-Taman Pass
In the evening, dinner at the hotel and throat singing kai from the Altai storyteller.

Day 2 - Altai Mars
On this day we will be able to see a completely different Altai! Let's take a ride through the most picturesque part of the Chuisky tract and go to Mars. Yes, yes, you were not mistaken, the landscapes of the distant red planet turned out to be in the vast Altai.
We eat a delicious lunch in nature and then go to places where shaggy yaks walk and you can meet bactrian camels against the background of fantastic views of the Yuzhno-Chuisky ridge.
We will climb high into the mountains by car, walk along the white sand on the shore of the lake and see the grand canyon.
We return in the evening for dinner and share our impressions of the day.

Day 3 - Geyser lake and trekking to Kuekhtanar lakes
Breakfast at 8:30, departure at 9:10 to the stunning and world famous Geyser Lake.
In general, this day will appeal to those who like to walk.
After all, today we are trekking to the high-altitude and absolutely stunning Kuekhtanar lakes!
The extraordinary color of the lake framed by mountain peaks will not leave anyone indifferent.
This is the day when you need to test your spirit and become truly closer to the wild!
Lunch-picnic in the middle of massive mountain peaks by 13:00.
Hiking will take 1.5-2 hours in one direction, depending on the level of physical fitness.
Return to 17-18 o'clock, where a hot bathhouse and a delicious dinner will be waiting for you.
Will see:
Kuektanar Lakes;
spruce and leafy taiga;
the habitats of mountain goats are teke.

Day 4 - Return along the Chui highway. Cheese master class. Ethnomusicological tour
Breakfast and check-out by 9-10 o'clock.
We are moving in the opposite direction along the Chui highway.
However, the adventures are still ahead!
We are waiting for some more amazing places that will leave a lasting impression of the trip.
We will definitely see the beautiful Katun again from the observation deck.
Katun, as a reliable guide, will meet and guide us at the beginning and at the end of our journey.
Lunch at the cafe.
A lamp in the cozy Village of Berendeevka complex by 15:00.
Then we will cook the cheese ourselves, and try the local craft cheeses.
Then we reach the famous village of Askat masters, where there will be an unusual experience - an ethnomusicological tour and soundhilling.

Day 5 - Orokto Bridge, Blue Lakes
Breakfast at the hotel at 9, check-out at 10.
We will immediately visit the Blue Lakes - the Eyes of Katun, which cannot be visited in summer.
We get to them not by a broken road, but by a motorboat with a breeze.
Lunch in a cozy place on the riverbank at 13:30.
Today we will see the deepest place of Katun - under the Orokto bridge.
This is the most popular bridge in Altai, built by the seven Yanykanov brothers from a rare, blue-eyed people - the Tubalars.
On the way, we will look at the Yelandinsky rapids - the Katun here shimmers in the sunlight in a special way, forming dozens of picturesque streams.
We return to the hotel at 19:00, where dinner awaits us.

Day 6 - Helicopter ride over Katun, ATV safari
Today is a day of activities and incredible experiences!
Before breakfast, by 8:30 we will fly by helicopter over the turquoise Katun, and if we are lucky we will see red deer!
We are going to have breakfast at the hotel and after ... we will try the coolest soaring in Altai in the most modern SOARING complex.
By 13:30 we will have lunch at the hotel, after which we will visit the secluded monastery island of Patmos, enjoy the autumn tones of the Katun River.
Then, by 17:00, we go on another adventure, an ATV safari in the mountains, past picturesque valleys and mountains.
By 19:00 we return to the hotel and have dinner.

It's important to know

Even if you pack your things in a suitcase, take a backpack with you, it will definitely come in handy.

Jackets: it is advisable to have with you a light waterproof windbreaker or raincoat, and a warm jacket. You can replace a warm jacket with a vest with a hoodie;

In many places where we go on active tours, there are no large shops and no pharmacies. Therefore, basic necessities should always be with you, sometimes there is simply nowhere to buy them. If you need some special brand of cosmetics or some rare medicines, I recommend bringing them with you. I also advise you not to take a lot of things so as not to overpay for luggage, you do not need a lot of clothes on an active trip. But it is important that you always have a spare set of clothes and shoes! To have something to change into, in the rain or even snow.
