The cost of the route includes insurance of the Rosgosstrakh Insurance Company, insurance coverage – 250,000 rubles (medical expenses), 50,000 rubles (accident). The insurance policy is issued for the group and is with the instructors along the route.

All necessary equipment is provided on the route.

On steep slopes, stone placers and snowy areas, the horse is led by a rein.

1-2 instructors, 1-2 grooms work on the equestrian part of the route; 1-2 water instructors work on the water part.

The route schedule may vary slightly depending on weather conditions, in order to ensure safe passage of the route, at the discretion of the instructor.

The route is simple, and both people with experience in horseback riding and water hiking, as well as beginners, can participate in it.

Children under 14 years of age are not allowed on the rafting route.;

1. tent. We have 2 and 3-bed tents available. If tourists book a tour together (2 people), then no one is assigned to them, if separately, the guide takes the number of tents objectively for the group and the tour;
2. a sleeping bag. The sleeping bag is selected for the tourist and the conditions of the hike. Having your own sleeping bag is welcome, but you need to consider 2 points: the comfort temperature of the sleeping bag should not exceed +5 degrees Celsius and having your own sleeping bag does not affect the cost of the tour;
3. the liner in the sleeping bag. There can be 2 types: fleece (for high-altitude routes) and calico. The inserts in the sleeping bags are erased after each route;
4. polyurethane foam mat (karemat), 8-12 mm thick. We do not give out inflatable mats, inflatable pillows too;
5. a dry run, or a dry bag. It is intended for transportation of sleeping bags, sleeping bag inserts, personal belongings, if there is free space. One drive-through is issued for 2 tourists;
6. a wetsuit in the form of a semi-overalls, neoprene. It is selected individually for the tourist;
7. splash-proof suit. It consists of trousers and a jacket, designed to protect against wind and splashes;
8. hydraulic socks;
9. a life jacket;
10. helmet;
11. The UGC raincoat is issued without fail. It saves from heavy and prolonged rains during horse crossings and in the camp. In case of shallow, short-term rain, tourists will need thick windbreakers, jackets with moisture-repellent properties from their PERSONAL belongings. In stores, you can buy impregnation for clothes from rain and moisture and process clothes in advance;
12. archimaki, or a saddlebag. It is intended for transportation of a part of products, personal belongings. If there is free space in the archimacs, the guide can give something from the public inventory;

The permissible weight of a horse riding participant is up to 90 kg. Under the condition of good physical fitness – up to 100 kg.

Air and railway tickets are not included in the price of the tour. You can purchase them yourself or contact us for help.

In field conditions, meals are served three times a day, food is prepared by an instructor on a campfire or a gas burner, tourists take part in cooking at will. 

Breakfast and dinner are hot meals, lunch can be either hot or given in the form of dry rations. Tourists need to have their own personal dishes. Unless otherwise specified in the special conditions of tourist service on the route, meals are organized according to the route description.

An approximate range of products: cereals (buckwheat, rice, oatmeal, etc.), pasta, milk powder, stew, sausage, cheese, nuts, dried fruits, chocolate, condensed milk, tea, coffee, crackers, bread, cookies, sweets, vegetables (potatoes, carrots, cabbage, etc.), fruits (the set of products depends on the type of tour, the category of difficulty and the duration of the tour).

On the way, it is possible to supplement the diet with fresh fish, berries (depending on the season and the area – raspberries, currants, blueberries, rosehip, shiksha), wild onions.

Attention: alcoholic beverages, beer and snacks are not included in the menu.

Water is taken from streams, rivers, and lakes.

Advice from the tour organizers: buy flights to the airport of Gorno-Altaysk (the capital of the Altai Republic) with arrival time until 12:00, as the delivery from the airport to Taiga takes 25 minutes. Delivery from Barnaul (Altai Territory, neighboring region) to Taiga takes 4-5 hours.

The cost of delivery from Gorno-Altaysk airport to the Taezhnik tourist complex (round trip) is free upon purchase of this tour.

From Gorno-Altaysk airport and to Gorno-Altaysk airport, pick-up/ departure by group transfer is carried out according to the arrival schedules of all tour participants.

The rest of the delivery is NOT included in the price of the tour. The order of the delivery option is carried out at any time from the moment of booking the tour, but no later than 7 days before the start of the tour.

Delivery from Novosibirsk in both directions is carried out on regular buses of the Novosibirsk bus station, or on tourist buses, depending on the selected date of the tour. 

If tourist buses do not run on the day you need, tourists can purchase tickets themselves on ticket sales websites or at the ticket offices of the Novosibirsk bus station. 

To make it to the start of the tour, you need to purchase a ticket for the Novosibirsk — Chemal flight, before stopping atManzherok (get off before reaching 2.5 km to the village at the monument to Shishkov, or at the Taezhnik shopping center, which you can ask the driver about in advance) with the departure time from the bus station at 22:15 (from the bus station located at the railway station — 22:45), the departure date on the day preceding the start date of the tour. Tickets can be purchased 10 days before departure day.

The return trip is carried out by bus from Chemal to Novosibirsk, the departure time from Taezhnik t/c is 22:40-23:00, the bus must be stopped at Taezhnik t/c. The arrival time in Novosibirsk is 7:15 a.m., this should be taken into account when purchasing tickets from Novosibirsk. The cost of delivery depends on the cost of flight tickets.

Delivery from Barnaul is carried out by private carriers (the tour operator helps to arrange delivery): meeting at Barnaul airport from 5:50 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. (departure for the last arriving passengers), meeting at Barnaul railway station from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. (departure for the last arriving passengers). 

If you arrived in Barnaul in advance or live there, you will coordinate the meeting place with the driver, he will pick you up if he is on his way, if not, he will indicate the meeting place. The car leaves if the delivery team is assembled in full. 

The driver will have your contact phone numbers along with information about the meeting place and time, and the driver will contact you. Cars do NOT leave for the route without meeting all tourists, provided that all planes arrive on time (the waiting time can be adjusted by 1 hour). 

If the plane is delayed by 1 hour or more, the cars that have been formed are sent on the flight, your contact information is sent to the driver of another car, and the departure time depends on the set of cars.

We kindly ask that you turn on your phones immediately after boarding the plane so that the drivers can contact you, and take with you the phones whose numbers are indicated in the application.

Departure from Taezhnik airport is carried out at 22:30 on the day of the end of the route (optional), or at 10:30-11:00 the next day. Travel time is 3-4 hours. In the absence of private carriers, departure by regular bus is possible.

The cost of delivery in combined vehicles ranges from 1800-2100 rubles. one way (the cost depends on the carrier, the tour operator does not guarantee a fixed cost, it is paid on the spot to the driver, please specify when booking).

Individual delivery can be arranged at any time, by agreement with us, the cost of such a transfer starts from 9,000 rubles per car in one direction, such a transfer is ordered in advance (the cost depends on the carrier, please specify when booking).

The meeting at the airport of Gorno-Altaysk is carried out according to the time of arrival of the aircraft. We ask you to inform us about the actual delays in departure time by text message, NOT by phone (to be indicated on the voucher), so that we can meet you on time. 

We will inform you about which car will meet you either on the evening before arrival or during your flight.

A group transfer means that if you and other tourists arrive on flights with a landing gap of less than 1 hour, those who arrived earlier will wait for the next plane and the tourists arriving on it to board.

Individual delivery from / to the airport to Taiga is possible, if you do not want to travel by group transfer, for 1000 rubles / car (one way), capacity from 1 to 4 people.
