Itinerary

Day 1 - Transfer to the village of Tyungur
Meeting of the participants of the hike in Biysk at 08:00, at Gorno-Altaysk airport at 10:00, transfer to the village of Tyungur – the beginning of the walking part of our route.
The road runs first along one of the most beautiful rivers in Altai – Katun, then after the Seminsky pass it goes towards the mountain peaks.
Asphalt is not all over the road, there are long sections of the grader, the condition of which depends on the work of road workers.
There will be several lunch stops along the way.
In the evening, the group arrives in the village of Tyungur and is housed in tents at the tourist base.
Dinner, campfire gatherings, meeting the band members.
Day 2 - The road to Kucherlinsky Lake
Today is going to be a busy day.
After breakfast, we will take an off—road vehicle to Izekeru meadow, where horses will be waiting for us, ready to take most of our cargo - tents, groceries and other public equipment.
Lake Kucherlinsky will remain about 14 km away, which tourists will travel light along the picturesque valley of the mountain river.
The view of Lake Kucherlinsky from the rampart of the ancient moraine will not leave anyone indifferent!
Day 3 - Trekking along Lake Kucherla
After breakfast, we leave some of the food in the cache for the return trip and go out along the Kucherlinsky lake to the picturesque parking lots in the cedars.
The trail cannot be called simple, horses no longer walk here because of the stone scree, so we will slowly and carefully walk a small number of kilometers today.
In the evening, the guide will have to scout and find the optimal place to ford through the floods of the Yoldo-Aira River.
Day 4 - Trekking to Lake Darashkol
The running day will begin with an encouraging ford through the arms of the river, then there will be a rather lengthy climb through the cedar forest to the lake of the beautiful lake Darashkol, which translates from the Altai language as "beautiful lake".
We will set up camp in a stunningly beautiful place, which is one of the gems of our hike, from where we will make radial exits.
Day 5 - The day
Rest on the shore of a beautiful lake.
Day 6 - Nemytsky Glacier
A radial exit to the Nemytsky Glacier is planned today.
Day 7 - Sailyankina Mane Pass
We make the transition from Lake Darashkol through the Sailyankina Mane pass (1A, 2500m) to the Koni-Aira waterfall.
Day 8 - Rest
Today is the day! We walk, relax, take pictures.
Day 9 - Lake Kucherlinskoye
We move from the Koni-Aira waterfall to Lake Kucherlinsky.
Day 10 - Cedar parking lots
We are trekking through the taiga from Lake Kucherlinskoye to Cedar stands, which are located at an altitude of almost 2000 meters, on the border of the forest zone, at the foot of the Karatyurek pass.
Day 11 - Karatyurek Pass
Today, the Karatyurek pass will be stormed, its height is 3060 meters above sea level, the difficulty is 1A.
We will have dinner at Akkem Lake.
Today we will see the beautiful Beluga very close!
Day 12 - Akkemsky Glacier
Today is going to be a very busy day, a radial exit to the Akkemsky glacier is planned.
We will see the Akkema Wall and both Belukha peaks — the Western and Eastern ones.
In the evening we return to the camp on Akkem lake, a sauna is planned today.
Day 13 - Descent by Accem
Our stay at Akkem Lake is coming to an end, we pack up our camp and begin the descent along the Akkem River to the parking lot "Three Birches".
Then we move to GAZ-66 through the Kuzuyak pass to the village of Tyungur to the camp site.
Day 14 - The way home
Early rise, departure from the village of Tyungur towards airports, train stations, houses.

The tour is aimed at people with normal physical fitness, without health abnormalities.

For the first few days, the group is accompanied by horses that carry food and tents to Kucherlinsky Lake, which significantly unloads all participants. Also, on the Akkem part of the hike, food is thrown by horses or a helicopter. This tour was designed in such a way that in one trip you could visit the main beautiful places of the Katunsky ridge of the Altai Mountains. The route is circular - this eliminates walking on the same path twice. In general, everything is done so that you can get maximum energy and pleasure from the tour together with the Altai hike!

The first and last day of the tour is accommodation in tents at the campsite in the village of Tyungur (for an additional fee, accommodation in cabins on the territory of the campsite is possible, subject to availability).

The rest of the tour days are accommodation in tents on the route.

The tour provides bathing procedures on the shore of a high-altitude lake - 1 time.
