The tourist complex is located in one of the most beautiful places in Altai, in a clearing between two mountain ranges, where the fast and mischievous Katun merges with the calm and deep Koksa. Descending into the valley, both rivers carry with them the purity and strength of the snow lying on the mountain ranges.
The territory of the tourist complex is 1 Hectare. A green area surrounded by a birch forest. Literally 100 meters away flows the most beautiful river of Altai – Katun, where you can swim in warm weather, from the north you can see the Terekta Ridge, and from the south and west – Katunsky. There is a sauna, a summer cafe, a sanitary unit, a gazebo, a cottage with comfortable accommodation, a wooden house with economy accommodation.
Economy Room – double and triple rooms with amenities per block (for three rooms). They are located on the second floor of a log house. Cozy rooms with a view of the forest. Two or three single beds or one double bed are possible. (room size 13.4 m2-15 m2), including living area 13.4 m2- 15 m2).
The Standard room is a cottage with a mountain view. In the room: 2 beds, 2 bedside tables, table, hanger, chest of drawers, kettle, tea set, shower and toilet, hairdryer, TV. There is a choice of beds (two single beds or one double bed). Extra bed – cot. (room area 17.5 m2, including living area 15.2 m2).
Junior Suite is a cottage with a view of the forest and mountains. In the room: 2 beds, 2 bedside tables, table, hanger, chest of drawers, kettle, tea set, shower and toilet, hairdryer, TV. There is a choice of beds (two single beds or one double bed). Extra bed – cot. (room area of 30 m2, including living area of 26.2 m2).
