It's important to know

Personal equipment you need for the tour
  1. Backpack or soft bag, 80-100 l (if not, please let us know, we will prepare large waterproof PVC bags).
  2. Shoes should be warm. Avoid new shoes that are not worn out.
  3. Warm clothes – a comfortable warm jacket, comfortable warm trousers that do not restrict movement, made of a lightweight quick-drying material that can keep warm at low temperatures.
  4. A sweater and a warm turtleneck or fleece jacket.
  5. Thermal underwear, you can have a couple of sets.
  6. The headdress is necessarily a fleece or woolen cap.
  7. Socks – 3-4 pairs of cotton or linen, 2 pairs of wool.
  8. Toiletry and hygiene supplies, including hygienic lipstick, comb.
  9. Sunglasses that protect your eyes from the bright sun in the mountains can be very necessary.
  10. A small flashlight powered by finger batteries, spare batteries.
  11. Individual medicines-if you need something special (we have a general first aid kit).
  12. Elastic knee pads or elastic bandages.
  13. A camera, a video camera, and spare batteries for them.
  14. Large pins – they help to conveniently dry things in huts in the taiga.
  15. A lighter or matches.
  16. Pocket folding knife.
  17. Flip-flops (for staying in cabins and baths).
  18. Gloves (preferably a couple of sets) + lightweight gloves.
  19. A thermos for tea is desirable, but optional.

When preparing equipment for the tour, think about what you will need, but do not take too much. The excess will really bother us with its volume.Pay special attention to:

  • Footwear. This is probably the most important part of the equipment. Shoes should be warm and not prone to getting wet. If you don't have your own snowmobile bots, you can take, for example, snowboard boots – they are very similar. (We can only give out simple chunis. They are dimensionless and warm. But not the most convenient ones).
  • Warm outerwear. Preferably warm suits with a membrane. You can use ski suits for cold weather. Attention should also be paid to this – since the routes run at high altitudes, snowstorms and low temperatures are possible on the passes.
  • Gloves. It's better to have a couple of sets, this part of the equipment gets wet the fastest. And lightweight gloves for parking periods.
  • It is advisable to pack personal belongings in plastic bags.

Everything is organized very well. I will pay attention to the coordinated actions of the tour organizers in different parts of the journey. I would like to note the good work of the guide-instructor. He easily and naturally rallied our motley team. Together with the praise, please accept a small wish. At the very beginning of the tour (as in the theater), give the participants a route map. Let it be a simple copy of the map, and a route is drawn on it with a marker. The distances for one trip are huge and it is a little difficult to realize the scale of what is happening. Or the second option. At the end of the route, all participants together with the guide will discuss, evaluate the route and draw it for themselves for pleasant memories.

It's all good. Wish: it would be nice to have a first aid kit in the car or at the instructor's.

To be honest, I did not expect that this was possible in this area in Russia: managers always quickly answer calls and emails, solve any questions. I am delighted with the organization and the high level of service! Thank you for the perfect organization and the perfect tour!
