The tour is of medium difficulty, it requires good physical fitness, absence of hypertension. A tourist should be active, hardy, and have strong joints. The longest route is up to 12 km long along narrow and rocky trails. But we always walk at a measured pace, we regularly make stops on the routes. The guide tries to adjust to the general pace of the group.
If a tourist is tired and realizes that he can't go any further, then he can make a stop. The group will go on and pick him up on the way back. You can skip some days of the tour, do not follow the route, it is not prohibited. But then the tourist is left without lunch, as lunches take place on the routes.
Most of our tourists are people who are participating in such tours for the first time and most of them go through all the routes. But in any case, good physical shape is required.

The mini-hotel has free Wi-Fi. Free parking is available for travelers by car. Additionally: ironing services. The staff of the mini-hotel will support the conversation in English and Russian.

It's important to know
Personal equipment you need for the tour
Special equipment is not required, there are no special requirements for clothing.
Clothes should be sporty, comfortable, waterproof, according to the weather. We warn you about the weather a week before the start of the tour. In the mountains, the weather is changeable and unpredictable. Special trekking shoes are not required. If there is one, then you can take it. If not, then you shouldn't buy it on purpose.
- sports sneakers / boots are quite suitable, the main thing is that the sole is not smooth and slippery;
- trekking poles are also optional.
The route is of medium difficulty and in fact sticks are not particularly needed. If required, they are available at the box office.
You will also need:
- swimsuit for thermal springs;
- flip flops;
- umbrella/raincoat.
You should not take a large backpack on a hike. Of the mandatory things that should be in the backpack are some personal hygiene items and a water bottle. If a tourist uses a thermos, he can take it with him.
