Baikal is famous all over the world for the purity of its waters. Old-timers say that if you live on Olkhon, you can see 9 different colors that Lake Baikal is painted in, depending on the time of year, weather and time of day. In this tour, you can take many photos of different places of Lake Baikal: we will visit Olkhon Island, Tunka Valley, walk along the shore of the Kyngarga, where we will see mysterious structures made of stones that bring good luck.

The tour is also held on any date on an individual request.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Irkutsk — Olkhon
Meeting at the airport, railway station, or hotel in Irkutsk.
Stop on the way at the Buryat cafe.
Transfer to Olkhon Island.
Accommodation at the campsite.
Meals included: dinner.
By road: about 300 km.
Total duration: approximately 6 hours.
Day 2 - Cape Khoboy and northern Olkhon
An excursion trip with a driver-guide on an off-road UAZ in the northern part of the island of Olkhon.
Visit Cape Hoboy and the main attractions of the island.
A trip with stops and hiking in the national park, a hot picnic lunch.
Return to the campsite.
Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
The total length of the route on foot: about 3 km.
By car: about 100 km, without a guide.
Total duration: approximately 6 hours.
Day 3 - A day on Olkhon
Free day on Olkhon.
You can walk around Khuzhir and its surroundings, relax in nature or choose an additional excursion.
Meals included: breakfast, dinner.

Day 4 - Cape Kobylya Golova and southern Olkhon
An excursion trip with a guide driver in a UAZ SUV along the southern part of Olkhon Island.
Visit Cape Kobylya Golova and the most picturesque bays of the island.
A trip with stops and hiking in the national park, a hot picnic lunch.
Return to the campsite.
Meals included: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
The total length of the route on foot: about 3 km.
By car: approximately 120 km, unaccompanied by a guide.
Total duration: approximately 6 hours.
Day 5 - Olkhon - Irkutsk
Departure from Olkhon Island, arrival in Irkutsk.
Stop on the way at the Buryat cafe.
Meals included: breakfast.
By road: about 300 km.
Total duration: approximately 6 hours.
Day 6 - Irkutsk - Arshan
Meeting in Irkutsk and departure to Tunka valley, Arshan village (Republic of Buryatia).
Accommodation in a hotel or at a campsite.
Meals are not included on this day and are charged extra.
By road: about 200 km.
Total duration: approximately 3 hours.
Day 7 - A day in Arshan
Free day in Arshan.
The opportunity to walk around Arshan and its surroundings, relax in nature or choose an additional excursion.
Meals included: breakfast.
Day 8 - Departure
Transfer from Arshan to Irkutsk.
Meals included: breakfast.
By road: about 220 km.

The Marina Grove Hotel is located near the entrance to Arshan, in the opposite direction from the Sayany sanatorium. These are two two-storey wooden well-maintained cottages, with a large beautiful well-maintained territory, two baths with pools and billiards. Ideal for family holidays.
The double room is made of wood (No.3,4,5,6,7,9). Inside the room there is a spacious wardrobe, a table with chairs, two separate beds, a TV, a refrigerator, tea utensils, an electric kettle, a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a full set of personal hygiene products (standard category).
