Itinerary

  • Day 1 - The road to Olkhon

From Irkutsk, you will take a group transfer to the most popular place on Lake Baikal – Olkhon Island.

Olkhon is an island, and they get to it through a ferry in summer (or when the ice comes off) and through an ice crossing in winter, in spring, when the ice cover is no longer dense enough, and the ferry does not run yet, they move on khivuses (crossing on khivuses is not included in the tour bill and is paid for by tourists themselves).

Before crossing, your path will lie along the "Martian Road", as our tourists often say about the Tazheran steppes.

Landscapes really transport you to some kind of alien reality!

Arriving on the island, you will settle in its center – the village of Khuzhir.

In the evening, you will have free time, which you can spend exploring the surroundings of the village.

Within walking distance is the business card of Lake Baikal, the most popular, recognizable and at the same time energetically strong location – Cape Burkhan, Shamanka rock.

We recommend a walk there at sunset – the rays of the setting sun color the waters of Lake Baikal with burning shades.

Included in the price: group transfer, accommodation.

  • Day 2 - Excursion to Cape Khoboy
  • Day 3 - Tour of the south of Olkhon
  • Day 4 - Farewell to Olkhon
