Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Irkutsk – sightseeing tour of the city – ethnographic museum "Taltsy" – Baikal Museum – Listvyanka
Arrival in Irkutsk.
The group gathers at 8:00-8:30 at the airport at the exit to the city. At 9:00-9:30 at the railway station at the exit to the city.

Our journey begins with a sightseeing tour of Irkutsk.
After exploring the Siberian city, the group goes to Listvyanka village.
On the way, we will visit the ethnographic open-air museum complex "Taltsy". The museum recreates the cultural and everyday life of the Siberian village of the 17th and 19th centuries.
Here you will see the estates of wealthy peasants, the Spasskaya Tower of the Ilimsky ostrog, the Parish Council, the parish school, the temple of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God of the 17th century. Each courtyard of the museum has its own exposition, you can go in and plunge into the atmosphere of those times.
Then we continue on our way to Listvyanka. First, we will be greeted by a Shaman-a stone covered with myths and legends. Let's find out the legend of the love of Angara and Yenisei.
We will visit the Baikal Museum, where you will meet with the inhabitants of the lake. Seals, hamaruses, gobies, sponges – these are the amazing organisms that live in Lake Baikal.
A walk along Listvyanka with a visit to the fish market and souvenir stalls is a good opportunity to purchase souvenirs made of stone, wood, birch bark and glass by Siberian craftsmen, as well as taste Baikal cold and hot smoked fish. Tasting of Baikal fish and homemade tincture.
Return to Irkutsk, accommodation in a hotel (comfortable room).

Day 2 - Small Sea – Zmeinka Bay – Ice and hummocks
Breakfast.
We go by minibus to the Small Sea (250 km).
Along the way, you will be able to admire the Siberian expanses – fields, forests, interesting relief of steppe and forest-steppe areas. There will also be monuments (the Eagle, the Tramp), which are associated with interesting stories and legends.

Car tour to the Zmeinka Bay.
We are going to Big Baikal to watch the hummocks and smooth mirrored ice.

Day 5 - Tunka Valley – Arshan Resort – waterfalls on the Kyngarga River – Bodhidharma datsan
Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure to the Tunka Valley in the village of Arshan (230 km), located in the Republic of Buryatia near the foothills of the Eastern Sayans.
Arshan Resort is a mountain climate resort. The sun is high and the air is amazing. It surpasses Crimea in terms of the number of sunny days per year.

For lunch, we will taste Buryat cuisine and, of course, the famous bouzas.

Walking tour to the waterfalls of the Kyngarga river.

Day 6 - Hot springs of the Tunka Valley – Irkutsk
Breakfast.
Departure to the village of Zhemchug.
The village of Zhemchug is notable for its healing hot springs and mud baths on the picturesque bank of the Irkut River. Now the source is self-draining, the water temperature is +38 degrees.
If desired, you can swim in the spring.
