The cyclic tour provides a unique opportunity for all active guests not only to join the travel program on any day of the week, but also to choose the most popular routes for their tour program.

In just a week, we will visit all the resort towns of the CMS, stroll through the resort parks, taste Cossack and Caucasian cuisine, taste real Caucasian barbecue, and most importantly, see with our own eyes the majestic mountains of the Western, Central and Eastern Caucasus. We are waiting for the picturesque Chegem gorge and the grandiose Cherek gorge, the enchanting beauty of Dombay among the alpine meadows.

The program of this tour is arranged in such a way that you can stop by on any selected date for 8 days. Each day of the tour is assigned to a specific day of the week.

Day 2 - Tuesday. Upper Balkaria
Excursion "Upper Balkaria" at 6:50.
According to the program of the excursion:
The Chegem Gorge is one of the most picturesque in the Caucasus, where the film "Sannikov Land" was shot, a walk through the gorge along the Chegem mountain river to the Chegem Waterfalls, the largest karst waterfalls in the Caucasus.
Meals on the route are available for an additional fee.
After the walk— a late breakfast with dishes of national Balkarian cuisine (extra charge).
Transfer to the Cherek gorge at about 2 o'clock.
The village of Verkhnyaya Balkaria in the Cherek Gorge is the ancestral home of the Balkarian people.
An inspection of the ancient towers.
Cherek Gorge is a stop on an observation deck near a deep cliff overlooking an ancient mountain road.
Blue Lake is the deepest karst lake in the Caucasus (it is cold).
Aushiger village — bathing in a hot spring.
Return to the hotel at 19:00-19:30.

Day 3 - Wednesday. Dombay or Grozny
OPTION I
Excursion "Grozny, Shali, Argun" at 6:00.
According to the program of the excursion:
Breakfast for an additional fee at 8:00 at a roadside cafe in Ossetia.
Argun city — visit the "Mother's Heart" mosque, built in a modern style.
Shali City — visit the largest mosque in Europe, the Pride of Muslims, opened in 2019.
Grozny — visit the Cathedral Mosque "Heart of Chechnya", the Orthodox Church of St. Michael the Archangel, the Memorial Complex of Glory named after A.A. Kadyrov, the complex of high-rise buildings Grozny City, the Park of Flowers, a walk through the city center.
Meals on the route are available for an additional fee.
Lunch for an additional fee in Grozny at local cafes or canteens.
Dinner for an additional fee at a roadside cafe in Ossetia.
Return to the hotel around 21:00-22:00.
OPTION II
Excursion to Dombay at 6:30.
Dombay is the most famous tourist and ski resort in the Western Caucasus.
Meals on the route are available for an additional fee.

There is a short stop in the Teberdinsky National Park: either the Ullu-Muruju mountain river or the Kara Kel lake.
Dombayskaya polyana (at 11:00) — stop for 4 hours.
All cable cars in Dombay are laid along the slopes of the Moussa Achitara Mountain.
Cable car ride from Dombayskaya Polyana.
1st ascent by closed cable car to a height of 2270 m above sea level.;
2nd ascent on a 6-seater chairlift to a height of 3012 m. above sea level.;
3rd ascent on a 4-seater chairlift to a height of 3,200 m above sea level.
Free time, photos.
Lunch at local cafes (extra charge).
Return to the hotel at 19:30-20:00.

Day 4 - Thursday. Cities of the CMS

Guided tour of the CMS City at 9:00.
According to the program of the excursion:
In Pyatigorsk, a visit to Lake Failure, the place of the duel of M.Y. Lermontov.
In Zheleznovodsk, a walk through the resort park: the former summer residence of the Emir of Bukhara (sanatorium named afterTelman), Pushkin Gallery, monument to Alexander Pushkin, Slavyanovsky spring, Smirnovsky spring, Cascade staircase.
In Kislovodsk, a walk through the Nizhny Kurortny Park: the bridge "Ladies' Caprice", a mirror pond and a Glass jet, a monument to Alexander Pushkin, a flower bed Calendar, Lermontov playground, bust of Mikhail Lermontov, the Main Narzan Gallery, Colonnade.
Lunch on the route for an additional fee (cafe or canteen).
In Yessentuki, there is a stop at Teatralnaya Square, a Mud clinic, and pump rooms at the sources of Yessentuki No. 4 and Yessentuki No. 17.
Return to Pyatigorsk at 18:00.

Day 5 - Friday. Honey Waterfalls

Mount Koltso is one of the Lermontov sites in Kislovodsk.

Honey Waterfalls is a gorge of the Alikonovka River, decorated with several waterfalls.

Day 6 - Saturday. Elbrus or Dombay
OPTION I
The Elbrus tour starts at 6:00.
Excursion to the foot of the highest peak of the Caucasus, Russia and Europe, Elbrus, which is the most mysterious and mystical mountain of the Caucasus.
Meals on the route are available for an additional fee.
Breakfast at 7:00-8:00 at a roadside cafe (extra charge).
Stop (for 2 hours) at Cheget glade — the foot of Cheget Mountain, from the slopes of which the best view of Elbrus opens in clear weather.
Two levels of the chairlift are raised to a height of 3,100 meters above sea level.
Stop (for 3 hours) at Azau glade, the southern foot of Mount Elbrus.
Climbing on closed cable cars.
Cable cars for an additional fee.
Lunch at Azau after the descent from the cable cars at 14:00 (extra charge).
Stop at Narzanov glade for 30 minutes on the way back from Elbrus.
Narzan tasting, you can take unlimited bottles with you for free.

Day 7 - Sunday. Mountainous Ingushetia
Only for citizens of the Russian Federation with permanent residence (not temporary registration).
Excursion "Mountainous Ingushetia" at 5:30.
Ingushetia is a land of towers and legends.
According to the program of the excursion:
Stop for breakfast at 8:00 at a roadside cafe (extra charge).
Egikal Tower Complex is the medieval capital of Ingushetia.
The Vnushki tower complex, one of the 10 man-made wonders of Russia.
Thaba-Yerdy Temple — the earliest Christian temple in the Caucasus (8th century)
Assa River gorge, decorated with stone pillars.
The Tower of Concord in the city of Magas, climbing to a glass balcony at a height of about 100 meters.
Lunch — dry ration (bring extra food for lunch in the mountains!).
Stop for dinner on the way back (at 19:00), at a roadside cafe.

It's important to know

There are many different ethnic groups living in the Caucasus, which have their own traditions and customs. And the traditions of the peoples we come to visit should be treated with respect.

Men should have their knees covered, it is better to wear trousers. Instead of a T-shirt, you should wear a T-shirt or a shirt.

Women should have their shoulders and legs covered, and it is better to wear a dress or skirt to the floor. Trousers are allowed for women, but not shorts.

There is a specific sightseeing route on each day of the tour. On the day when the guest is invited to choose a tour, it is necessary to decide on the tour when buying the tour.
