All climbing training takes about 4 hours.

The training includes:

• warming up on the ground;
• training in the proper use of equipment (available for rental during the tour);
• climbing on simple trails;
• climbing on 3-4 tracks of maximum difficulty for a particular participant;
• a hitch on the ground.

13:30 Trip to Kabardino-Balkaria, to the Narzanov Valley Ecopark.

The road from Kislovodsk to the ecopark is considered one of the most beautiful in the entire Elbrus region. 

Colorful landscapes will be your faithful companions along the way, and on the highest sections of the way you will be able to admire unforgettable views of the mountains of the Caucasus Range, stretching along the horizon. 

Elbrus is especially beautiful from this road, which you will contemplate throughout the journey.

Surrounded by mountain rivers, subalpine meadows and woodlands, the Narzan Valley Ecopark is the only place in the world where many types of narzan and silver springs, differing in composition and properties, flow at once on the same territory.

Lunch with dishes of national cuisine.

After lunch, you will walk along the ecotrope, which is located deep in the picturesque park along specially equipped pedestrian bridges crossing the Khasaut River.

Return to Kislovodsk.

19:00 Group combined trip to the Suvorov thermal springs (an additional fee for an entrance ticket is 650 rubles, payment is made to the guide on the spot). 

Bathing takes place in a specially equipped swimming pool, there are changing rooms, showers. 

After bathing, you can sit in a cafe and drink herbal tea with jam or honey.

The healing water of Suvorov springs contains carbonates, bicarbonates, sulfates, chlorides, iron, fluorine and other important elements that make bathing most useful for problems with the spine and joints, digestive disorders, diseases of the musculoskeletal system and improper metabolism. 

Contraindications: high blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases.

Trekking to the Big Saddle — mountains in the vicinity of Kislovodsk. 

The "younger sister" of this hill was called the Small Saddle, it stretched up to 1,325 m.

From the top of the mountain you will see the entire panorama of the Caucasian Mineral Waters. 

After that, you will descend into the city through the Red Sun along a hiking trail, the total length of which is 5,900 m, and the passage time varies from 1.5 to 2 hours. 

The trail goes with a slight rise along the slopes of the Dzhinalsky ridge, skirting the beginning of the gullies, and reaches the Maloe Sedlo Mountain — the highest point of the park (1,325 m). 

Along the way you will see rock formations, caves and grottoes, several observation decks with views of the city, its surroundings and Mount Elbrus.

Then through the grottoes you will walk along the Kosygin trail, which got its name from the surname of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, who liked to walk through Kislovodsk Park alone. It was he who discovered this path, which goes beyond the boundaries of the terraced areas laid at that time. 

The "Blue Stones" hanging over the trail resemble animals: you will have the opportunity to see their outlines in the age-old rock.

Departure for a bike ride to the Upper Ginal mountain, located on the border of Kabardino-Balkaria and Stavropol Territory. 

In some sources, the mountain is mentioned as the highest point of the Stavropol Territory, although in fact the highest point is an unnamed peak in the western part of the Kabardian ridge (1603 m). 

The panorama opening from the Ginal will impress even the biggest mountain lover. 

It is slightly inferior to Bermamit, the best panoramic point in the distant environs of Kislovodsk, however, Jingal wins in height. 

From the top of the mountain in the south, there is a panoramic view of the Northern Elbrus region and various high-altitude plateaus and ridges. 

In the background is Elbrus, its spurs and a chain of snow—capped peaks of the Main Caucasian Ridge.

On the way to the start of the horseback ride, we will stop at the Mountain Ring cliff, located on the northern outskirts of Kislovodsk.

To come to the Caucasus and not ride a horse is simply unthinkable! 

At the stable in the vicinity of Kislovodsk, you will get acquainted with calm and friendly horses, learn the basics of horse riding and ride along the dizzying Alikonovsky gorge with an experienced instructor.

After visiting the pasture meadows, along a narrow path you will pass along the edge of the Alikonovsky gorge — its majestic panoramas take your breath away! 

Along the way, the groom will tell you about the cult of horses in the Caucasus, about the habits of horses and their care.

Lunch with national cuisine in a cafe near Honey waterfalls.

In your free time, you can visit extreme attractions (for an additional fee), for example, the longest zipline in Russia — the length of the steel rope for downhill is 1,050 meters, and the speed develops up to 80 km /h (the cost of descent is from 1,800 rubles / person).

The height of the launch site is 1100 m above sea level.

An immersive tour of Kislovodsk. 

On the immersive promenade, you will become a part of Kislovodsk's life by following its voices. 

And all this against the backdrop of iconic monuments, Kurortny Boulevard and the picturesque Kislovodsk Park.

Thanks to the 3D sound and thoughtful plot, it's as if you will get on an audio date with the city: the events will unfold in reality, the streets will become the scenery, the actors will be all the passers-by around. 

You will walk along Herzen Street to the train station, and on the way you will look into the courtyard — the real life of the city flows in such places. Admire the Philharmonic Hall and the houses on Kurortny Boulevard, a favorite corner of the guests of Kislovodsk. 

Through Rebrov Square you will go out to the Narzan Gallery. 

At the Horseshoe pavilion, you will discover how the Chanel brand is connected with the city. 

The Demon Grotto, Colonnade, and Flower Calendar are also waiting for you in the park.

The valley owes its poetic name to the theatrical figure K. S. Stanislavsky.

Transfer to the foot of Mount Beshtau, the highest peak of the Caucasian Mineral Waters — 1,402 m. 

An electric bike ride around the mountain, followed by a climb to the top. 

The route will follow the trail laid by the Caucasian Mining Society back in 1902. 

Climbing to the top will take from 1.5 to 3 hours and will require physical expenses, however, they will be more than repaid by the impressions and incredible landscapes!
