Regardless of whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, rock climbing will become accessible and exciting for you under the strict guidance of our instructors. 

We will go to the rocks, where you will start with a warm-up in the fresh air. 

Our instructors will then introduce you to the proper use of the equipment we provide. 

Don't worry, even if you've never climbed before — they'll give you easy routes to get started. 

And for those who are already familiar with this sport, there will be tracks with maximum difficulty that are suitable for your level of training.

Rock climbing is not only a challenge, but also an opportunity to feel strong and confident. 

Imagine how your body conquers the rock, and you overcome every new meter.

After an intense workout, we will go to the picturesque Narzan Valley in the heart of Kabardino-Balkaria. 

Along the way, you will be able to enjoy the views of the majestic mountains of the Caucasus, and the unforgettable Elbrus will become your constant companion. 

The Narzan Valley is a unique place where narzan and silver springs of different composition flow on the same territory.

Here you can feel the real power of nature: fresh air, bubbling mountain rivers and incredible landscapes surround you at every step. 

After lunch in one of the cozy cafes (not included in the price) you can stroll through the ecotrope, admiring nature and feeling complete unity with the world around you. 

Returning to Kislovodsk, you will be full of new impressions and energy that will stay with you for a long time.

After returning to the hotel, you can relax and enjoy lunch at one of the local restaurants (not included in the price). 

In the evening, we invite you to relax in the Suvorov thermal springs. 

Imagine immersing yourself in warm, healing water, saturated with minerals that help relieve tension after an active day, improve health and give strength. 

These springs are famous for their beneficial properties for joints, spine and metabolism.

However, they also have contraindications – high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases. 

After swimming, you can enjoy a fragrant tea with jam or honey in a cozy cafe surrounded by nature. 

The additional fee starts from 650 rubles for the entrance ticket to the thermal complex.

We recommend taking bathing gear with you: bathing trunks/swimsuit, towel (1-2 pcs.), rubber slippers.

The first stop will be Mount Koltso, one of the most amazing natural formations in Kislovodsk. 

Here you can take great photos and breathe in the fresh mountain air before going on a horse ride. 

You can't do without horseback riding in the Caucasus! 

Calm and friendly horses are waiting for you in the vicinity of Kislovodsk. 

Even if you have never sat in the saddle, our instructors will teach you the basics of horseback riding, and under their guidance you will set off along the majestic Alikon Gorge. 

An unforgettable trip through the pasture meadows and along the narrow trails at the edge of the gorge will give you the impressions of a lifetime — the views will take your breath away! 

Immersing yourself in Caucasian traditions, you will hear stories about the culture of horse care and their special significance for the peoples of this region. 

After the walk, it will be very useful to have a delicious lunch with dishes of national cuisine at the Honey Waterfalls, where you can enjoy Caucasian delicacies and a cozy atmosphere. 

And for those who crave adrenaline, you will have the opportunity to experience extreme rides (for an additional fee).

The transfer will make your journey easier and take you to Maly Sedla, from where our trekking will begin. 

The route will take you to the top of the Big Saddle, the highest mountain in the Djinal Range, rising 1,408 meters above sea level.

The unique shape of the peak, resembling a saddle, gave the mountain its name, and the stunning views from the top will remain in your memory for a long time. 

From the top, you will see the entire panorama of the Caucasian Mineral Waters: Pyatigorsk with its famous Mount Mashuk, majestic Beshtau, which is almost on the same level with you, and, of course, Elbrus, the highest mountain in Europe.

Its snow-capped peaks rise above the surroundings and create a majestic landscape worthy of a postcard. 

This place seems to have been created for contemplation and immersion in harmony with nature.

Our journey will continue by descending through the Red Sun along a scenic hiking trail almost 6 kilometers long.

The trail skirts the slopes of the ridge and passes through unique natural features — rock formations, caves, grottos. 

From several viewing platforms you can admire the city and its surroundings, and the mighty Elbrus will flash on the horizon again.

We will walk along the historical Kosygin Trail, named after the Soviet leader, who loved to walk in the silence of Kislovodsk Park. 

This trail will take you beyond the popular terrains, and you will find yourself among unique natural features such as overhanging "Blue Stones", whose outlines resemble animals carved by nature itself. We will finish our adventure at the Zarya sanatorium, where you will be met by a transfer back to the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will immerse yourself in the atmosphere of adventure and nature by riding electric bicycles to the peaks of the Jinali range! 

This route is ideal for both beginners and experienced cyclists due to the ease of movement on electric bicycles, which allows you to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding landscapes without unnecessary effort.

A transfer will take you to the village of Podkumok, where a guide and "iron horses" will be waiting for you. 

After a brief briefing, you will be ready to storm the mountains. 

Your path runs through picturesque trails among blooming meadows, with spectacular views of the Kavminvody and majestic Caucasian peaks.

The peaks of the Djinal range will give you panoramic views that will forever remain in your memory. 

Lunch (lunch box) will help to strengthen your strength and prepare for the return to the village, from where a transfer will take you to the hotel.

You will be transferred to the foot of Beshtau, the highest mountain of the Caucasian Mineral Waters.

The name Beshtau, which means "five mountains" in Turkic, gave its name to the city of Pyatigorsk and the entire region. 

An exciting climb to the top awaits you along the trail laid back in 1902.

Despite the physical effort required to climb, the reward will be stunning views from a height of 1,402 meters! 

At the top, you will have a picnic with a magnificent panorama of the Caucasus: mountain ranges, snow-capped Elbrus and the picturesque peaks of Pyatigorsk will open before you in all their glory.
