And for those who are already familiar with this sport, there will be tracks with maximum difficulty that are suitable for your level of training.

After an intense workout, we will go to the picturesque Narzan Valley in the heart of Kabardino-Balkaria.

Along the way, you will be able to enjoy the views of the majestic mountains of the Caucasus, and the unforgettable Elbrus will become your constant companion.

The Narzan Valley is a unique place where narzan and silver springs of different composition flow on the same territory.

Here you can feel the real power of nature: fresh air, bubbling mountain rivers and incredible landscapes surround you at every step.

These springs are famous for their beneficial properties for joints, spine and metabolism.

However, they also have contraindications – high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases.

After swimming, you can enjoy a fragrant tea with jam or honey in a cozy cafe surrounded by nature.

The additional fee starts from 650 rubles for the entrance ticket to the thermal complex.

The first stop will be Mount Koltso, one of the most amazing natural formations in Kislovodsk.

The transfer will make your journey easier and take you to Maly Sedla, from where our trekking will begin.

The route will take you to the top of the Big Saddle, the highest mountain in the Djinal Range, rising 1,408 meters above sea level.

The unique shape of the peak, resembling a saddle, gave the mountain its name, and the stunning views from the top will remain in your memory for a long time.

From the top, you will see the entire panorama of the Caucasian Mineral Waters: Pyatigorsk with its famous Mount Mashuk, majestic Beshtau, which is almost on the same level with you, and, of course, Elbrus, the highest mountain in Europe.

Its snow-capped peaks rise above the surroundings and create a majestic landscape worthy of a postcard.

This place seems to have been created for contemplation and immersion in harmony with nature.

Our journey will continue by descending through the Red Sun along a scenic hiking trail almost 6 kilometers long.

The trail skirts the slopes of the ridge and passes through unique natural features — rock formations, caves, grottos.

From several viewing platforms you can admire the city and its surroundings, and the mighty Elbrus will flash on the horizon again.

We will walk along the historical Kosygin Trail, named after the Soviet leader, who loved to walk in the silence of Kislovodsk Park.

This trail will take you beyond the popular terrains, and you will find yourself among unique natural features such as overhanging "Blue Stones", whose outlines resemble animals carved by nature itself. We will finish our adventure at the Zarya sanatorium, where you will be met by a transfer back to the hotel.
