Galanchozhsky district is rightfully considered the guardian of the ancient culture of the Chechen people. 

No wonder this region is called the cradle of the Chechen people. 

Despite the numerous destructions during the Caucasian War, and then after the deportation of the Chechen people to Central Asia, numerous monuments of the material and spiritual culture of the Chechen people have been preserved here: ancient military and residential towers, castle complexes, solar burial grounds, ancient religious buildings. 

There are also many different natural monuments in the area: These are the picturesque lake Galanchozh (Galai-Am), the so-called "petrified army", and the famous arch on Mount Verg-Lam, and the most beautiful waterfalls along the Gekhi River and much more.

To feel the specifics of the city and plunge deeper into the local culture, we suggest you walk through the central city market "Berkat" (translated into Russian – abundance, prosperity).

Benoy is the historical birthplace of the largest Chechen teip and the first President of the Chechen Republic, Akhmat-Haji Kadyrov. 

There are many attractions in this area, but the main ones are the attractions along the route "Ahki-T1ai", which leads with an ornate ribbon through the fabulous Benoy forest directly to the mouth of the Yasi River, 

It is so pure and stormy that when you come into contact with its drops, your thoughts become crystal clear, and your body is filled with vivacity and natural energy.

Bright blue water flows in a powerful stream under the glass bridge and, smoothing the stones, runs into the gorge, over which openwork gazebos and bridges are built for guests. 

From there, you can endlessly admire the waterfalls. The powerful crowns of the trees save fascinating places from the sun.

Next to this place there is an ethnographic village "Shira-Bena", where you can get acquainted with rural life. 

It offers panoramic views of the entire area, the landscapes of which resemble mountainous Switzerland.
