Downhill skiing for beginners. Active tour to the Caucasus

We're going to get up early today. 

We immediately go for a walk-tour of the village, learn about its history, structure, see the trails and lifts. 

Then everyone can take part in an invigorating exercise. 

We have breakfast and move to the training slope. 

We must divide into small groups: future skiers and snowboarders will practice separately. 

Instructors will help everyone pick up equipment, put it on and try to make the first movements. 

We will have 3 hours of training, then a long—awaited lunch, and after that another 2 hours of classes. 

In the evening, free time is provided to relax and digest impressions.

Today we have an excursion day. 

After breakfast, we get in the car and go on an excursion. 

Our route includes two ancient high—altitude temples - Sentinsky and Shoaninsky, where we will hold a photo shoot. 

We will have lunch at the national cafe and go to the thermal springs to relax and relieve tension.

We will return to the hotel to rest in the evening.

Breakfast. 

We move to the usual educational slope, where we recall and consolidate the material we have passed within an hour. 

Then we pick up the equipment and go to the real, green track.

Here we will try to go down with an instructor in an organized manner, and then take a ride a couple more times. 

We will analyze and work out the errors that have arisen, we will hone the technique. 

We go to lunch, and after that we return to the slopes, where we work independently under the supervision of an instructor.

Today, after breakfast, we go for extreme sports and fun in the Jamagat gorge.

A two-hour snowmobile ride through the snowy forest awaits us. 

Let's go down to the mountain base, where we will have lunch and an author's master class on making hychines. 

Then we ride horses for 2 hours (if necessary, training is provided). 

We return to the hotel and relax.

Today is a change of location! 

We have breakfast and move out for new views and emotions. 

For the final consolidation and improvement of skating skills, today we will go to Arkhyz.

There will be an opportunity to ride on your own, enjoy your skills, get a lot of positive emotions from the mountains, speed, snow! 

In the evening we will return to our hotel, where a sauna awaits us.

We have breakfast and pack our bags. 

Before lunch, the program includes free time, which can be spent walking around the market and buying souvenirs. 

At 14:00 our bus will pick you up and take you to the airport or to the railway station in Mineralnye Vody.
