Downhill skiing for beginners. Active Dombai Tour

We're going to get up early today. 

We have breakfast and move to the training slope. 

We must divide into small groups: future skiers and snowboarders will practice separately. 

Instructors will help everyone pick up equipment, put it on and try to make the first movements.

We will have 3 hours of training, then a long—awaited lunch, and after that another 2 hours of classes. 

In the evening, free time is provided to relax and digest impressions.

Timing:

• 08:00-09:00 breakfast at the hotel;
• 10:00-13:00 Skiing/snowboarding training;
• 13:00-14:30 lunch time;
• 15:00-17:00 continuation of skiing/snowboarding training;
• 17:00 free time.

Breakfast. 

We move to the usual learning slope, where we remember and consolidate the material we have passed within an hour. 

Then we pick up the equipment and go to the real, green track. 

Here we will try to go down with an instructor in an organized manner, and then take a ride a couple more times. 

We will analyze and work out the errors that have arisen, we will hone the technique. 

We go to lunch, and after that we return to the slopes, where we work independently under the supervision of an instructor.

• 12:00-13:30 lunch time;
• 14:00-16:00 independent skating under the supervision of an instructor;
• 16:00 free time.

Today we have an excursion day. 

After breakfast, we get in the car and go on an excursion. 

Our route includes the ancient high—mountain temple - Shoaninsky. 

In the 10th century, the state of Alanya was located on the territory of present-day Karachay-Cherkessia. 

And there was also a branch of the Great Silk Road. 

Along with the trading caravans, Christianity also came here: the temples that we will visit today were built in the middle of the X century, but are in excellent preservation. 

During this day, you will get the opportunity to touch history, hear fascinating and interesting stories, and get a lot of pleasant impressions. 

After that, we will go to the thermal complex (paid on site on our own), where we can relax and gain strength before tomorrow.

• 10:00-11:00 transfer to the Shoan Temple;
• 11:00-12:00 Shoan Temple Tour ;
• 12:00-15:00 transfer to the thermal complex;

• 15:00-17:00 rest in the thermal complex;
• 17:30-20:00 transfer to the hotel, rest.

Today you will be able to enjoy skiing/snowboarding, get new emotions and impressions from exploring the Dombay ski resort complex. 

The day will end with a visit to the sauna.

• 10:00-16:00 independent skating under the supervision of an instructor;
• 17:00-19:00 sauna.

Meals: breakfast.

Today, after breakfast, we go for extreme sports and fun in the Jamagat gorge. 

We will take a two-hour quad bike ride through the forest. 

Then we return to the hotel and relax.

Timing:

• 08:00-09:00 breakfast at the hotel;
• 09:00-10:00 gathering and departure of the group;
• 10:00-12:00 ATV: departure to the Dzhamagat gorge and return to Dombai;
• 12:00 free time, the opportunity for independent skiing.

We have breakfast and pack our bags. 

Before lunch, the program includes free time, which can be spent walking around the market and buying souvenirs. 

At 14:00 our bus will pick you up and take you to the airport or to the railway station in Mineralnye Vody.

Timing:

• 09:00-10:00 breakfast;
• 10:00-14:00 free time;
• 14:00-17:30 transfer to Mineralnye Vody Airport.
