The program is for those who love thrills, adrenaline and are ready to learn new things. You will feel lightness, freedom and pleasure from free riding on different slopes, as well as from training.

In a friendly environment, you can see the mistakes in the video sessions. After communicating with a professional instructor, you will have an understanding of how to develop further. You will leave with a load of new skills, confidence in skating and pleasure from progress.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Meeting and acquaintance
Gathering of the group: Mineralnye Vody, airport or railway station at 16:00.
Arrival of the participants, check-in at the hotel.
Organizational meeting: getting to know the instructors and the group.
Discuss the objectives of the course and the program for the week in a friendly atmosphere.

Day 2 - The first steps to technology
The morning starts with breakfast.
The first classes on the slope: checking the level, working on the stance and balance. Practicing basic vertical work.
After lunch, free skating to consolidate the material.
In the evening, a light analysis of the past day, answers to questions.

Day 3 - Turns and confidence
In the morning lesson, we study turns of medium and large radius. We are learning to control the speed in all phases of the turn.
After lunch, practice free skating and consolidate new skills.
In the evening, the first video analysis: we look at the participants' passes, analyze mistakes and give personal recommendations.

Day 4 - Work on carving
Morning on the slope: practicing the technique of parallel skiing. Getting started with edging is the first steps in carving.
During the day, independent skating under the supervision of instructors.
In the evening — video analysis, error analysis and corrections.

Day 5 - We fix mistakes, consolidate the result
Classes on the slope: we correct the "rolled up" mistakes that often occur to those who studied on their own. Tips on individual technique, practicing precise movements.
After lunch, free skating with an emphasis on consolidating everything passed.
In the evening, there will be a final video analysis, final recommendations, and tips for further independent progress.

Day 6 - The result and farewell to Dombay
Breakfast, packing.
Check-out at 12:00.
End of the tour: Mineralnye Vody, airport or railway station.

It's important to know

personal first aid kit (if necessary);
outfits for photo shoots;
waterproof windproof jacket and warm clothes for mountain climbing;
a raincoat (preferably not a disposable one) or a membrane jacket;
pool accessories: swimsuit / swimming trunks, towels, slippers (not disposable);
sunglasses and cream: the sun is very active in the mountains;
comfortable clothes for the season;
comfortable sports hiking shoes for the season (not to be confused with sneakers and ballet flats!)
We recommend taking personal toiletries with you: a toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers; shampoo, soap, shower gel and hairdryer are available in the rooms.
