Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival. Visit to the spa complex of thermal springs
Arrival at the airport or at the Mineralnye Vody railway station before 12:00-12:30.
12:30 Group transfer to Nalchik from Mineralnye Vody without a guide, 2-2.5 hours on the way.
If there are flights to Nalchik, please specify the possibility of changing the city of arrival when booking.
On the way, visit the spa complex of the Geduko or Baksan thermal springs (extra charge).
Their waters have anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
They are recommended for external use in diseases of blood vessels, skin, musculoskeletal system, nervous system.
There are several types of pools with thermal water of different temperatures, massage tables and slides on the territory.
A special safe area is provided for children.
Additionally, an entrance ticket is paid — from 600 rubles / person (payment on the spot)
Bathing time is 1:30 hours.

Day 2 - Jeep tour through the Aktoprak pass to the village of Eltyub and to the Chegem waterfalls
Breakfast at the hotel.
Off-road vehicle access to the unique karst waterfalls in the Chegem gorge.
The gorge was formed under the influence of running river water: it "cut through" a narrow and deep canyon in the Rocky Ridge massif.
Visit to the Fly Chegem parade (all extras services such as paragliding, zipline, etc. — for an additional fee).
Lunch with dishes of national cuisine in a cafe on your own.
Crossing the Aktoprak pass (2,200 m above sea level) by jeep.
During the trip, you will admire the majestic mountains from a bird's-eye view.
The next stop will be one of the most ancient and mysterious places of the Chegem gorge — the ancient Balkarian village of Eltyubyu (XIII-XVIII centuries).
Eltuby is known for its impressive structures: stone surface crypts and medieval towers.
Return to the hotel.

Day 3 - Majestic Elbrus Tour
Breakfast at the hotel or a dry ration.
Meeting with the guide.
Transfer to the Elbrus region.
Arrival at the Azau clearing.
Ascent to the slopes of Mount Elbrus to a height of 3,800 m by cable car (additional fee — 2,300 rubles/person on site) (closed booths).
Throughout the route, you will enjoy majestic panoramas of the Caucasian Mountain Ranges, led by the giant Elbrus (5,642 m above sea level).
Visit to the "Mirror Cube 3847" photo zone.
Starting from an altitude of 3,500 m, Elbrus is covered with glaciers and snow, so you will have the opportunity to play snowballs or ride a snowmobile (for an additional fee — from 7,000 rubles / person. on site) to Shelter 11 (altitude 4,200 m), descent to Azau glade.
Lunch at a local cafe on your own.
Return to Nalchik after 20:00.

09:00 Mysterious Ossetia tour. Kurtatinsky gorge, Dzivgis rock fortress, Holy Dormition Monastery.
The additional fee is 6,000 rubles/person, for a group of 6 people. Book when buying a tour.
Departure to the Kurtatinsky gorge with a visit to historical sites along the way.
The gorge is considered one of the most picturesque sights of North Ossetia.
The tour will continue with a visit to the village of Verkhny Fiagdon and the Holy Dormition Monastery, the highest mountain temple in Russia.
You will visit the Dzivgis rock fortress, built in the 13th-16th centuries.
The fortress almost merges with the cliff.
You will also visit the Kadargavan gorge, where the river has cut a hundred-meter gap in the mountain range.
Lunch at the national cuisine cafe (extra charge).
19:00 Approximate time of return to the hotel.
Bus and walking sightseeing tour of the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria, Nalchik, founded in 1818.
You will get acquainted with the rich history of the city, its cultural and natural monuments.
After a walk, you can enjoy the view of Nalchik from a height.: The observation deck (extra charge) offers panoramic views of the capital of the republic, including the legendary Soviet restaurant Sosruko located nearby.
In the pump room you can also drink the mineral waters for which the Caucasus is so famous.

Day 5 - Blue Lakes and Upper Balkaria. Departure

On the way, visit the candy store at the confectionery factory, where everyone can buy the famous Nalchik candies, marshmallows, marmalade.
A journey to the heart of Balkaria in the gorge of the Cherek River, where 18 mountain villages have been located since the 12th century.
There are many archaeological sites on the territory of the village and in its surroundings.
You will meet with a local resident who will tell you about the life, customs and rituals of the highlanders.
You will see medieval towers and ancient villages that attract the attention of cinematographers; in particular, the film "War" by Balabanov was shot in this area.
Lunch with a mountain family with dishes of national cuisine or at a local cafe.
Stop at the Blue Lake, which is rightfully considered the pearl of Kabardino-Balkaria.
Transfer to Mineralnye Vody airport for flights departing after 20:00.

Overall, everything was fine. The only downside was that there was a bit too much repeated information in the chat, so it was sometimes hard to remember which file contained the information I needed. Otherwise, everything was great
