Tour organizer's comments

Physical training is any kind. But the volume of your personal route will depend on your physical form. If you are in good shape, you will see the craters of volcanoes on ascents, but if you are in poor physical shape, you will only be able to walk at the foot of the volcanoes with a guide. There are 3 employees working with the group on the route. Two guides lead the ascent, given the different pace of movement, the guide stays with those who do not want or cannot climb and conducts interesting alternative excursions.
