The performance of the helicopter tour depends on the weather conditions. Accurate weather information usually appears at 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure. After 9:00, our managers call tourists and inform them of the exact time of departure to the helipad, or the time of arrival at the site.

If the weather is unstable, but there is a chance of improvement, the flight may be delayed for 1-2 hours. In case of adverse weather conditions, the flight may be canceled or postponed to the next day. In case of cancellation of the flight due to weather conditions, the money for the tour is refunded in full.
