Day 1 - Arrival in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky
Meeting at the airport (driver with a sign), transfer to the hotel in Paratunka.
Accommodation (after 15:00).
Free time.
Rest.
When staying at a hotel in Paratunka, visit the thermal water pools.
Day 2 - Boat trip along Avacha Bay to O. The oldies. Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Sightseeing Tour
Breakfast.
08:00-09:00 Transfer to the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
09:00-14:00 Boat trip along the waters of Avacha Bay with access to the Pacific Ocean and Starichkov Island (about 5 hours).
Lunch on board the boat.
14:30-15:30 Museum tour
15:30-17:30 After the boat trip, a tour of Petropavlovsk–Kamchatsky with a visit to the Museum of Local Lore, an observation deck, the city center, a souvenir shop, and a market.
18:30-19:30 Return to the hotel.

Day 3 - Free day or an additional excursion to the country springs

Transfer to the transfer point on all-terrain vehicles (with covered cabins on low-pressure wheels).
An all-terrain vehicle trip to the Mutnovsky volcano area.
Stop at the observation deck of the Vilyuchinsky pass with a view of the Vilyuchinsky volcano.
Transfer across the Pionersky pass to the Summer springs, walk, and inspect the fumarole site.
Lunch-picnic.
Return to the hotel.

Day 4 - Free day or optional excursion to the foot of Avacha volcano / trip to Cape Mayachny
08:00 Breakfast at the hotel.
Rest at the hotel or an additional excursion.
Depending on the condition/availability of the road, two additional excursions are possible on this day:
Option 1:
10:00-11:30 Transfer to the foot of the Avacha volcano.
11:30 Arrival at the tourist base, briefing before going for a walk to Camel Mountain, which offers stunning views of the Nalychevskaya valley, Koryak and Avacha volcanoes.
In April and May, there is still a lot of snow at the foot and on the slopes of the mountains, so the walk can be either on foot or using snowmobile equipment.
14:30 Lunch at the base camp.
15:30-17:30 Return to the hotel.

Option 2:
Transfer to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
Transfer to Cape Mayachny.
10:00 Visit to the Three Brothers observation deck.

Laguna Hotel is located on the shore of a lake in the village of Paratunka, in the Kamchatka Territory. It is surrounded by beautiful nature and mountains.

Houses built in a modern style and double rooms are offered for accommodation. They are equipped with everything necessary: comfortable upholstered and cabinet furniture, sanitary ware in the private bathroom, TV. There is also a hairdryer and free Wi-Fi.

The houses have a kitchen with household appliances and a dining area, next to them there is a barbecue area. The Mishka Restaurant provides buffet meals.

Forest building: ideal for accommodating a family or a small company. The house has everything for a comfortable stay: two single beds or one double bed, a mini fridge, a digital TV, a table, chairs, a sofa and a clothes storage system.

Glazastic building: it is notable for the design of the windows and the fact that the rooms in it are combined with a common terrace and a seating area with a barbecue area. Ideal for hosting a large family or company. The comfortable rooms are equipped with everything you need: comfortable beds, a pull-out sofa, a dressing area, a dining table with chairs, and a bathroom. Guest houses may have different interior designs.

Blue Lake Building: located in a classic hotel building, renovated in 2020. Functional space, despite the small size, there is everything for a comfortable stay: underfloor heating, comfortable beds, dressing room and dining area, bathroom. The stylish design of the room creates a unique atmosphere of comfort.

The Guest Village building: rooms come in two versions: with memorable round windows and classic rectangular ones. Regardless of the shape, you can see mountains from the windows. Guests can use the shared barbecue area.

The "Ideal Cube" building: a spacious guest house located on the shore of Lake Mikizha, away from other accommodation facilities. Four bedrooms with high ceilings and wide windows filled with daylight. Each room has stylish double beds with soft mattresses, a mini-bar and private bathrooms. Panoramic windows, designer furniture and interior items are designed to ensure that you spend every day in luxury. On the terrace of the house under the open sky you will find a font with water from thermal springs (font size 2x4.5 m).

Gray House Building (Village Suite): spacious room with two isolated bedrooms with private exits to the terrace. Each room has a large double bed with a soft mattress, a bathroom with a shower and a TV. The living room is combined with a kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a modern hob, refrigerator, kettle, extractor hood and microwave. Ideal for a company or a large family.

It's important to know

Since recreation in Kamchatka is active and the climate is peculiar, in addition to the usual travel items, we recommend that you carry the following additional items:

warm thermal underwear;
comfortable, high, warm, waterproof shoes for country excursions, comfortable waterproof shoes for city excursions;
warm waterproof and windproof trousers and jacket (with hood);
puff;
sweater or fleece jacket;
gloves/mittens;
scarf or buff;
a cap;
sunglasses (ski mask for snowmobile excursions);

Avacha Bay
It is considered one of the most beautiful in the world. The coast of the bay is winding, indented by numerous small picturesque coves. Two spawning rivers flow into its waters. 32 species of fish live permanently in Avacha Bay. Almost all year round, there are several species of flounder, terpuges, gobies, sea bass and white-throated halibut. Seabirds are quite numerous in the bay area. In the coves located at the entrance to the Avacha Bay, you can find seals that are almost not afraid of people and let them get quite close to them. Of the large animals, killer whales are noted in summer. The waters of Avacha Bay are full of the gifts of marine nature – sea urchins and crabs.

Oldies Island
It is located approximately 10 km (5.5 mi) from the entrance to Avacha Bay. The island got its name from the small seabirds that make nests on it – old men (or in another way - hatchets.Starichkov Island is a water reserve teeming with hatchets, loons, cormorants and other waterfowl. There are several white-tailed eagle nests and a seal rookery on this piece of land.

The ethnic complex
It is located outdoors with scenic views of the Koryak and Avacha volcanoes. You will get acquainted with the culture of the indigenous peoples of Kamchatka (Koryaks, Itelmen and Evens). You will be guided through the kennel of sled dogs and will be told about the history of the development of riding in Kamchatka, about the history of the aborigines, will show a colorful creative program of local nationalities and will teach the basic movements of the national dance. You will also get a unique opportunity to take photos in national clothes, get acquainted with the lifestyle of the indigenous peoples of Kamchatka and enjoy hot, fragrant fish soup or shurpa in the fresh air.

Zelenovskie lakes
They are baths with water containing radon and hydrogen sulfide. Bathing in such water has a beneficial effect on the body, improves metabolism, and promotes skin regeneration.

Additional excursions:

Country springs
The mineral hot springs are located at the southeastern foot of Rocky Hill near Mutnovsky volcano. This is a unique active fumarole field, the hot gases of which pass through the water of a cold stream, heating it and creating a gushing effect. The chemical composition of steam-gas jets is quite diverse and contains copper, manganese, zinc, arsenic, antimony and radon.

Vilyuchinsky pass
It is located at an altitude of about 1000 meters above sea level. The pass offers a beautiful view of the Vilyuchinsky volcano, as well as other volcanoes of the Southern Group.

Avacha volcano
One of the most active in Kamchatka (2,751 m), it is often called the "home volcano" because of its proximity to the city. Its crater is filled with frozen lava, from which fumarole vapors often rise.

Camel Mountain
It is a volcanic extrusion rising on the pass between two volcanoes, Koryaksky and Avachinsky. The mountain is about 1200 m high and takes about 3 hours (7 km) to climb to its top. From the top of the Camel, you can enjoy a view of the Avacha River valley, Avacha Bay and the surroundings of Petropavlovsk and Yelizovo.

Cape Mayachny
An observation deck with views of the Three Brothers Rocks, the oldest lighthouse in the Far East, panoramas of the Pacific Ocean, Starichkov Island, volcanoes of the Southern Group and rocky cliffs.
