Itinerary

  • Day 1 - A day with huskies

The beginning of the tour in the village of Matrosy, you need to get to the starting point of the tour yourself (ask the manager for the start time of the tour, depends on the date of arrival, in the morning or afternoon).

Acquaintance with sled dogs of 3 breeds, including the pet of the English Prince Harry and film actor dogs, conquerors of the Arctic — participants of Arctic expeditions.

85 pets will give you their unconditional love and boundless kindness.

Have a fun dog sledding ride through the picturesque Karelian forest.

Those who wish (over the age of 18) will be able to feel like a kayak by driving a dog sled on their own (the cart is controlled only by an instructor).

Take a walk to the wish tree and the Bolshaya Tolly Threshold, a picturesque ice—free threshold on the Shuya River.

In the Polar explorer's House, by the fireplace with a live fire, you will write an Arctic letter, which will be delivered and sent to you by a famous polar explorer on a real Arctic expedition.

    Isn't it a miracle?!

Enjoy a fragrant lunch in the traditions of Karelia with lohikato, a rustic plate (pickles and smoked meats), a gate in the best traditions of the north, a morse of northern berries, herbal teas and Karelian tinctures of different strength (for tourists over 18 years old).
