The journey starts in Petrozavodsk, where you need to get to on your own on the first day of the program. We recommend purchasing tickets for train No. 018A upon arrival from Moscow.

After meeting at the Petrozavodsk railway station, you will have breakfast in a cafe.

Transfer to the starting point of the rafting (about 170 km on the way).

For those who wish to arrive by private car, there is a paid parking lot in the village of Uuksa (the end point of the route). You need to book a taxi to the starting point (for an additional fee, on your own).

Lunch in the field, preparation of equipment for going out on the river. Before the start, you will receive a safety briefing and pick up equipment: a life jacket, helmet, paddles, and a neoprene suit (for an additional fee).

The instructor decides whether to pass or carry the thresholds, depending on the overall readiness of the group.

The Uksunjoki River is rapid and therefore very popular among water tourists. The main obstacles are in the lower reaches. They belong to 3-4 difficulty categories.
