Day 1 - Sightseeing tour of Petrozavodsk. Private gallery "Doll House". Getting to know shungite
Arrival in Petrozavodsk by train No. 018.
Meeting of the group at the central entrance to the station, from the platform (for groups from St. Petersburg, train No. 012 arrives at 07:00, waiting for the arrival of train No. 018).
Breakfast in the restaurant.
A visit to Tatiana Kalinina's unique private gallery "Doll House" is an introduction to the amazing author's collection of Kizhi brownies. The opportunity to purchase a keepsake charm.
Departure for a sightseeing tour of New Year's Petrozavodsk.
During the tour, you will see the monument to Peter the Great, stroll along the embankment of Lake Onega, where you will get acquainted with the sculptural compositions presented to Petrozavodsk by the twin cities, the Theater Square, the Governor's Garden.
A visit to the unique Shungit.Life facility, which manufactures products from the most useful mineral on earth — shungite from the Zazhoginsky deposit.
The homeland of shungite is Zaonezhye, one of the most distinctive places in Karelia and the Russian North.
Recently, shungite has become known far beyond the borders of Karelia due to its properties. Visitors tend to buy products made from this unique stone.
And what is its uniqueness? Is it only found in Zaonezhye? Are his extraordinary qualities valid? What is the mystery of shungite, which has become a real "brand" of Karelia these days?
You can form your opinion by visiting the "shungite cave", where you can have a relaxation session. The walls of the room are lined with shungite tiles.

Day 2 - The residence of Karelian Santa Claus Talviukko. Master class on gate preparation

A trip to visit the main Karelian Santa Claus Talviukko for the program "Visit to the residence of Karelian Santa Claus Talviukko".
Talviucco invites everyone to visit his residence, where you can see that harsh winter days can be really hot and full of adventures.

A master class on cooking traditional Karelian gate cakes.
A skilled craftswoman will tell you how to bake this favorite dish. He will show you how to make rye dough, potato filling, and dough rolling and pinching techniques.
You will be able to participate in the preparation yourself and, of course, taste the wonderful Karelian gates.
Each participant of the master class will receive a recipe card as a gift.

Day 3 - Guided tour of your choice

Stop at Tohmajoki Waterfall. This is a very picturesque place, the waterfall flows into a small lake closed from all sides by high shores, from different shores of which there are different views of the waterfall.
Marble Canyon tour. During this tour you will get acquainted with the unique natural landscapes.
For more than 70 years (until the middle of the nineteenth century), decorative light gray marble was broken out in local quarries to decorate the temples and palaces of St. Petersburg, the fountains of Petrodvorets, the columns of Tsarskoye Selo and Gatchina.
Magical lakes with clear water in a beautiful Ruskeal marble bowl will make an indelible impression.
Free time in the mountain park.

Day 4 - Marcial Waters resort. Kivach Waterfall. National Museum of Karelia

Visit to the Church of St. Peter the Apostle, built in 1721 for vacationers of the resort.
Transfer to the Kivach Nature Reserve. Visit Kivach Waterfall, one of the largest lowland waterfalls in Europe.
A tour of the Nature Museum and a grove of Karelian birch trees.
Lunch.
Return to Petrozavodsk.
Visit to the National Museum of the Republic of Karelia.
The interactive program "New Year's trip to the Governor's House", during which you will make a fascinating journey through time.
Go to medieval Karelia and find out how the Yule festival was celebrated.
You will visit a Karelian hut at the end of the 19th century and get acquainted with ancient Christmas rituals.
You will be offered to guess riddles and tell fortunes on runes for the coming year.
Everyone will be able to make a simple Christmas decoration and make a wish.
The journey will end in the Hall of the Noble Assembly with everyone's favorite custom — plucking a fir tree.
