Interactive lunch "secrets of Tatar cuisine": cooking tokmach and echpochmak together. The chef of the restaurant will demonstrate the technique and teach you how to cook real Tatar noodles for Tokmach soup and traditional Tatar pastries echpochmak (triangle).
