Today, after breakfast at the hotel, we are leaving for Novorossiysk.
Our first point is the famous Sikora Estate winery, which in a short time was able to become one of the image leaders of Russian winemaking.
The wines of this farm have earned high marks in Russian and foreign expert ratings, and in 2021 the winery itself was included in the prestigious international list of the Best vineyards in the world, taking 20th place in it.
Next, we go for lunch to the Nesterov Winery, where very rare grape varieties are grown: Viognier, Viorica, Ruby Golodrigi.
The wine tasting will take place over lunch at the winery's restaurant.
The restaurant is among the top 3 establishments in the South of Russia according to WhereToEat.
There is an amazing chef here who will delight us with an original presentation of dishes and a selection of unusual combinations, for which people come here from all over the Krasnodar Territory.
We will try the chestnut cream soup with scallops, camembert cheese and pickled grapes..
The main course is pelengas fillet with baked pumpkin cream and celery.
And for dessert, mochi with white chocolate ganache with hazelnuts and seasonal berries.

After lunch, we drive to Lake Abrau.
It is simultaneously "little Switzerland", Black Sea Champagne and "Russian California" without visas and passports :)
We will walk along the embankment and take beautiful photos.
After the walk, of course, we will visit Abrau-Durso for a wine and gastronomic tour!
We will get acquainted with the process of the birth of champagne and find out what the mysterious French words mean: "Cuvee", "Remuage", "Degorgage", and what is the difference between the classical production method and the Charm method.
And we will taste 5 samples of sparkling wines from the premium Abrau-Durso lines.
After the tasting, we will have a Black Sea dinner at the gastronomic school, which we will prepare ourselves under the guidance of the head chef of the Abrau-Durso restaurants.
We will learn how to properly serve oysters with wine sauce, and also cook mussels in champagne.
And for dessert, we'll make a tart with apples and ice cream.
We try the prepared dishes and exchange impressions of a busy day!
And we are going to check into our new hotel in Novorossiysk, which is also located on the seashore.
