Today, our program includes one of the most modern and picturesque wineries on the Russian wine list with unique architecture and a Renaissance—style castle - Chateau de Talu.
This is a corner of true France on the Russian coast, where the aesthetics of the old world meets the unique terroir of Gelendzhik.
The wines of Chateau de Talu are created under the guidance of the hereditary French oenologist Frank Dusener.
Their style is elegance, purity of taste and complex structure.
We are waiting for a sightseeing tour of the winery, a walk through the vineyards with access to the panoramic platform, from where you can enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and mountains, and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a real French chateau.
An experienced guide will reveal the intricacies of producing elegant dry wines with a unique character and aging potential that underlie the winery's collections.
And then we go for a tasting.
We will try 6 wines from two collections created for a special occasion, accompanied by light snacks.
A professional sommelier will teach us how to understand wine, choose the best gastronomic combinations and enjoy the tasting as much as possible.
And to make our gastronomic experience even brighter, after the tasting we go to the Russian-French cuisine restaurant at the winery.
The dishes are based on fresh, farm—grown and local products.
We are waiting for a dinner from outstanding chefs with an author's presentation and the use of modern technologies.
On the menu: classic French Nicoise salad with fresh tuna, crispy lettuce leaves, juicy green beans and quail egg.
And smoked beef tongue covered with mustard glaze.
The dish is decorated with crushed wheat, noble Roquefort cheese and chestnut grill.
The meal will be complemented by a glass of refreshing rose and a basket with fragrant homemade bread, which is baked every morning in the restaurant.

After dinner, we will have the opportunity to stroll along the evening Gelendzhik embankment and soak up the sea air.
Then we return to our secluded hotel, surrounded by relict pine trees, to relax and prepare for new discoveries.
