  • Day 1 - Monday. Walking tour. Excursion to the Peter and Paul Fortress

    Independent check-in. 

    Guaranteed hotel accommodation after 15:00.

    You can leave your belongings in the hotel's luggage room until 15:00.

    Walking tour "St. Petersburg was born here" with a tour of the Peter and Paul Fortress. 

    Meeting with the guide at M. "Gorkovskaya". 

    Departure for the tour at 14:00.

    We will walk with you along the Petrogradskaya side – the historical district of the city, where St. Petersburg originated, where its first inhabitants settled, where a number of the oldest stone buildings have been preserved - silent witnesses of the first decades of the city's history.

    During the tour of the Peter and Paul Fortress, we will get acquainted with one of the first buildings of St. Petersburg and a unique historical and architectural monument. 

    You will see the bastions and fortifications of Russia of the XVIII century, the St. Petersburg Mint and the prisons of the Trubetskoy bastion.  

    Get acquainted with the history of the birth of the city at the mouth of the Neva River, with the fortress-prison and at the same time with the unique architectural monument of the city – the Cathedral of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul, whose gilded spire towers over the city.

    The duration of the tour is 3-3.5 hours.
