Our Christmas story begins with the village. Toksovo, where we will see the Cathedral of Archangel Michael.
The guide will tell you about the construction of the cathedral, its architectural features and its significance for local residents. You will learn about the life and ministry of the saints revered in the temple, as well as how the cathedral survived various historical periods, preserving its beauty and spiritual power.
Excursion to Toksovskaya Lutheran Church. This tour is an ideal opportunity for those who are interested in religious history and architecture.
In this place, everyone can find inspiration, whether it's an admiration for art, a desire for spiritual search, or a simple desire to learn more about the diversity of cultures.
Short transfer to the village. Sosnovo.
Tour of the temple complex in the village Sosnovo is a masterpiece of wooden architecture. The magnificent wooden church of All Saints perfectly fits into the beautiful nature of the Karelian Isthmus.

Sightseeing walking tour of the historical center of Vyborg. Walking along the cobbled streets, among cathedrals and residential buildings dating back more than 500 years.
You will plunge into that era when the horseshoes of knights' horses clattered on the pavements and the carts of merchants rumbled, bringing goods from all over Europe to Vyborg.
You will walk through the "Old Vyborg", which will reward us with its New Year decorations.
New Year's Eve pretzel making workshop. You will be able to get acquainted with the history of the pretzel from the official manufacturer Vyborg Pretzel and buy real delicious souvenirs for the whole family!
Free time to walk around the city center and visit the Castle Island.
Sightseeing tour to the Hermitage-Vyborg Exhibition Center.
Lunch (extra charge).
Excursion "Underground Vyborg" to the brewery on request (additional charge). At the end of our tour, we will introduce you to the revived Vyborg brewery.
The factory was built in Vyborg, Finland, in 1863, but was closed for a long time. since 2024, it has reopened its doors to visitors.
For tourists who do not take an additional tour, free time is provided, you can visit a coffee shop, a beer shop and a souvenir shop.
Departure to St. Petersburg. The estimated time of arrival is 21:00- 22:00.

I'm so glad I chose the 'Across the Expanses of Perm the Great' tour in July 2024. It was a high-quality, engaging, and thoughtfully designed journey through the entire Perm region. The trip was full of fascinating discoveries: ancient monasteries, unique museums, the distinctive Permian animal style and wooden deities, the history of salt production and the Stroganovs in the Urals, and much more. The natural beauty of Parma was breathtaking: dense forests, countless rivers, mountains, and even an ice cave. The hotels were comfortable, and the breakfasts and lunches were tasty, often featuring elements of local cuisine. Traveling in a small group made the experience even more enjoyable, after all, it's usually seasoned travelers who venture to the Perm region. One special moment was when we all got to bake and taste traditional gingerbread made from an old recipe, for many of us, it was a first.
