Strelna is the oldest suburb of St. Petersburg, located on the southern coast of the Gulf of Finland.
The village is located on the banks of the Strelka and Kikenka rivers and is famous for its palace and park ensemble, the center of which is the Konstantinovsky Palace.
A tour of the suite of state halls and living rooms of the Konstantinovsky Palace with a visit to the official apartments of the President of the Russian Federation and meeting rooms in an informal setting will allow you to get a complete picture of the history of the Strelninsky Palace and Park ensemble, and its modern function as the "Palace of Congresses".

The tour was well-organized, and the preloaded transit card included in the package was incredibly useful—such a great idea! However, unfortunately, in my case, there was no mention of it anywhere—not on the envelope with the vouchers, nor in the printed tour program. It also wasn’t brought up in my communication with the manager. As a result, we had to figure out on our own what the card was and how to use it. We only realized later that it already had money loaded onto it—when we happened to use it. Luckily, we traveled around the city a lot, so the balance on the card was put to good use. That being said, to be fair, I should note that other tour participants mentioned they did receive this information on their envelope and that their manager informed them about it when sending the tour details.
