The building impresses with the contrast between the simple classical facade facing Bolshaya Morskaya Street and the luxury of the interior interiors made in different styles. Despite the difficult 20th century, the house has mostly preserved its historical decoration.

New Holland Island Tour. As a result of the renovation of the historical territory of the island of New Holland, today this place has become a real center of modern culture, a lively event venue where film screenings, concerts, exhibitions and festivals take place.
During a walk around the island, the guide will tell you about the history of New Holland, dating back to the time of Peter the Great, about the architectural features of its buildings, about the renovation that turned the half-abandoned historical quarter into one of the most fashionable places in modern St. Petersburg.
