The Church of the Resurrection of Christ ("Saved on Blood") is a memorial to Emperor Alexander II. It was built on the place where the assassination attempt on the Tsar Liberator took place.

Inside the cathedral, a fragment of the canal grating and the cobblestone pavement on which the mortally wounded emperor fell are carefully preserved.

The main feature of the temple is the unique mosaics covering the facades of the building and decorating its interiors. That is why the cathedral can rightfully be called a "museum of mosaic art", as you will certainly see during the tour.

The tour introduces you to one of the famous suburbs of St. Petersburg - Peterhof, which for two centuries has been a brilliant suburban seaside imperial residence.

The excursion route runs along the southern coast of the Gulf of Finland along a scenic road, which in the first quarter of the 18th century was compared by foreign travelers to "a charming crossing from Paris to Versailles."

To this day, this road is rich in historical, architectural and landscape art monuments of the XVIII-XIX centuries, which remind of the illustrious owners of country estates and outstanding architects who turned the deserted southern coast of the Gulf of Finland into a wonderful necklace of palace and park ensembles.

Peterhof Fountain Park tour.

Peterhof Lower Park is a magical world of nature transformed by the unrestrained imagination and talent of dozens of architects, sculptors, engineers, gardeners and the work of thousands of "hardworking people" who brought their brilliant ideas to life.

During an independent walk you will admire the most famous fountains and cascades of the park. The glitter of gilding, the sound of water, marble sculptures, the Baltic breeze – all this emphasizes the idea of Russian domination of the sea, creating an unforgettable feeling of celebration.

An excursion to one of the Hermitage's jewelry galleries (the Gold or Diamond Storeroom).

The Golden Storeroom contains a unique collection of gold from the Scythian kings, amazing in beauty and technique of the products of the masters of Ancient Greece, the Siberian collection of Peter the Great. Here you can admire the jewels of the countries of the East.

Bus tour to Pavlovsk.

Pavlovsk is the youngest city in the chain of suburban palace and park ensembles. Its history began in 1777, when a palace was built on the high bank of the Slavyanka River and a luxurious park was built, which became one of the best landscape parks in Europe.

Unlike the official residences of Tsarskoye Selo and Peterhof, Pavlovsk was the private domain of Empress Maria Feodorovna and her heirs. This explains the special, intimate, cozy atmosphere of the magnificent Pavlovsk Palace.

The Pavlovsk Palace captivates absolutely everyone with its harmony and grace. Surrounded by a magnificent park in the valley of the picturesque Slavyanka River, it embodies all the originality of the Russian and European artistic culture of the XVIII century.
