13:15 Bus sightseeing tour of St. Petersburg, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. You will learn the history of St. Petersburg, which is reflected by its monuments: the Peter and Paul Fortress, the Admiralty, St. Isaac's Cathedral, majestic palaces and granite embankments of the Neva.

Excursion to the Peter and Paul Fortress with a visit to the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul. You will get acquainted with the history of the fortress and learn about its architectural features.

You will see modern urban sculpture and visit the main temple – Peter and Paul Cathedral, which has become especially significant for the whole country: almost all Russian emperors found their last rest here.

Transfer from the museum to the base hotels "Moscow", "Oktyabrskaya", "Russia" until 19:00.

Order breakfast the day before and pick up the lunch box.

07:30 Departure of the bus from Ploshchad Vosstaniya metro station.

10:00 Technical stop on the road in Priozersk.

11:00 a.m. Ecopark "Valley of waterfalls". There is a view of waterfalls and a picturesque landscape where you can take beautiful photos.

13:30 Lunch in Sortavala for an additional fee.

The center of our trip is the town of Sortavala, located on the shores of Lake Ladoga. We will stop to refresh ourselves at one of the cafes in the city, where you can order a set lunch for an additional fee.

15:00 Ruskeala waterfalls of Akhvenkoski. The Akhvenkoski Waterfalls are small but picturesque cascades on the Tohmajoki forest River.

16:30 Ruskeala Mountain Park. Guided tour and free time. Ruskeala Mountain Park is Karelia's main year–round attraction.

The center is Marble Canyon, a large lake stretching from south to north with crystal clear water and steep shores made of real marble.

19:00 Departure from the Ruskeala Mountain Park.

20:00-21:30 Arrival in Sortavala. Check-in at the hotels.

08:00 Breakfast at the hotel, room release.

09:00 Gathering of the group on the bus, departure according to the selected program:

Option 1. Winter waterfalls, pomegranate, alpaca and tiger extraction (additional fee is 3900 rubles for adults, 3400 rubles for children under 9 years old).

10:00 Group meeting.

11:30 a.m. Visit to the semiprecious garnet stone deposit. The bus will take you directly to the mine, in the dumps of which you can find beautiful garnet beads. We will provide you with special equipment for exploration and treasure extraction on the spot!

12:00 Excursion to the forest waterfalls of Karelia: White Bridges. You will go for a walk through the majestic Karelian forest, where you can enjoy the smells of summer and the sound of foliage. During the walk you will visit several water features.

14:30 Lunch for an additional fee.

16:30 Visit to the Karelian Zoo. The Karelian Zoo is a lovingly equipped home for 500 different animals and 150 birds. Here you can meet both an agile ferret and a giant bison, and children will squeak with delight at the petting zoo.

18:30 Return to Sortavala, where you will rejoin the group and travel to St. Petersburg by bus.

Option 2. A walk along the Ladoga skerries by airboat (an additional 4,900 rubles is paid for adults, 4,500 rubles for children under 9 years old).

11:30 a.m. Transfer from the hotel.

12:00 Airboat tour of Ladoga skerries. By airboat, you will ride along the ridge of the Karelian fjords and see the fantastic natural beauty of Ladoga.

Then at 16:00 you will join the main group.

09:30 Climb to Mount Paaso. The best views of Karelia.

10:30 Departure by bus. Author's tour of the Rocky coast of Kiryavalakhti.

12:00 Northern Thebaid and the museum at the Master.

14:30 Lunch for an additional fee.

Visit to the trout farm company store.

16:00 Sightseeing tour of Sortavala. Author's tour "The mysteries of the park "Vakkosalmi".

17:30 Visit to the Karelian shungite mineral center.

18:30 Departure to St. Petersburg.

Bus tour to Kronstadt. After driving along the causeway through the Gulf of Finland, you will take a walk through the fortress city located on a small island, and at least for a short time you will feel involved in the sea.

The largest Naval Cathedral in Russia awaits you on the huge Yakornaya Square. One of the initiators of its construction was the famous preacher John of Kronstadt. Nowadays, the Naval Cathedral is the main temple of the Russian Navy.

13:30 Visit to the museum-model of the Forts of Kronstadt, where, thanks to modern technologies, you will be fully immersed in the 300-year history of these structures. Unique layouts, recreated with exquisite precision, will come to life in front of you.

Free time to explore the Ostrov Fortov Museum and Historical Park, which is dedicated to the history and glory of the Russian Navy. You will find an Alley of Heroes, reminiscent of the road of time, a Lighthouse of memory, recreation areas for children and adults.

In the park, you can learn about the history of the fleet, admire the views of the Coastal Harbor, ride a panoramic swing and, of course, make a wish that will be fulfilled by a penguin inhabitant of Antarctica.

It is symbolic that the Russian travelers who discovered this continent began their journey in Kronstadt.
