Itinerary

Day 1 - Tervenici. Alyokhovshchina. Lodeynoye pole
Departure from St. Petersburg at 7:30 from the metro station. Dybenko.
Transfer to Tervenichi.
Visit to the museum of Vepsian culture "Enarne ma".
In the village of Tervenichi, in the house of merchant Fedot Zaitsev, the museum of Veps culture is comfortably located.
Here you will be greeted with an ancient Vepsian rite with a wish for goodness and well-being, they will tell you about the history and fate of the Vepsian people, about the peculiarities of the Vepsian language, about ancient traditions and customs.
Visit to the Pokrovo-Tervenichesky monastery.
A new monastery appeared under the walls of an ancient church, restored by nuns at the end of the XX century.
Now it is a very beautiful monastery with many buildings descending to the shore of the lake.
Here we can visit an ancient temple and a candle shop, admire the paintings made by one of the inhabitants, visit the source of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Transfer to the village of Alyokhovshchina.

Transfer to Lodeynoye pole.
Visit to the Museum of local lore.
The museum's exposition tells about the traditional way of life of the peasants of the Svir region in the XIX - early XX centuries, about the history of the city, famous natives of Lodeynoye Pole, military operations in the Petrozavodsk-Svir direction during the Great Patriotic War
Visit to the memorial park "Svirskaya Pobeda".
A walk along the embankment of the Svir River.
Inspection of the house of Peter the Great, the equipped embankment with monuments of the Petrovsky shipyard, the Svir Victory and the monument to the 200th anniversary of the discovery of Antarctica, the monument of the Order.
Visit to the new Cathedral church of Peter and Paul.

Day 2 - Homorovichi. Vinnytsia. Rodionovo
Breakfast in the hotel cafe
Inspection from the bank of the Sviri river of the Nizhne-Svirskaya HPP.
Transfer to Gomorovichi.
Inspection of the Chapel of St. St. Nicholas the Wonderworker.
The modest wooden Kletskaya chapel with a porch and porch was built approximately in the XVIII century.
It is noteworthy that earlier the chapel stood on the very shore of the Sviri.
However, due to the rising water level, the chapel began to be heated, and by the decision of the local authorities it was moved to the village of Gomorovichi, where only 4 people live according to the census.
Transfer to the village of Vinnytsia.
Visit to the suspension bridge.
Photo stop on the picturesque shore of the hanging bridge.
Visit to the Veps Folklore center with master classes and an interactive program with a tea party.
You will visit the colorful Veps Cultural Center, where a rich program will be held for you.
A lively story about the Veps with a visit to the museum, a visit to the Veps Folklore Center, where you will get acquainted with the way of life of the Veps, participate in various master classes.
You will be taught how to make ritual Vepsian dolls, and how to speak the Vepsian language.
A folk ensemble will also perform for you.
And, of course, they will give you fragrant tea with a gate.

Visit to the Vinnytsia churchyard.
This cultural heritage site of regional significance "Churchyard with two churches and a fence" on the banks of the Oyat River currently consists of two churches: the Church of Our Lady of Smolensk and the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin.
Transfer to the village of Rodionovo on the shore of Lake Yuksovsky.
Inspection of St. George's Church in Yuksovichi.
We will see the oldest standing in its place and the third oldest surviving wooden church in Russia – the Church of St. George the Victorious, built in 1496.
The church was consecrated by St. Athanasius of Syandem, the cellarer of Alexander Svirsky. Later, a refectory was added to the temple, covering the old building from three sides.
Nearby there is a modest Candlemas Church of the XIX century.
Departure to St. Petersburg.
On the way, stop at the Farmstead.
The Farmstead is a whole village complex with a restaurant, workshops, a bakery and a mini zoo.
Organic products are grown on the farm, from which dishes are then prepared according to ancient Vepsian recipes, and which can be purchased and taken with you: fish, bread, homemade sausages, Karelian liqueurs and much more.
Arrival in St. Petersburg at the metro station "Dybenko" approximately at 22:00.

In the Leningrad region, in Podporozhye on Mechanichesky Avenue, there is a guest house "U Maksimych". In order for you to relax after a hard day, there is a sauna and a swimming pool for you, a taxi can be called for you, and your car can be left in the parking lot.

The room stock is represented by several categories, which include everything necessary in order to be able to stay for a long stay. There is a room for the newlyweds. Smoking is prohibited throughout the territory and it is carried out in specially designated areas.

In the cafe you can taste dishes prepared by caring chefs. You can also have lunch or dinner at any cafe or restaurant in the city.

The Museum of Local lore and the railway station are nearby, other attractions, as well as the airport, can be reached by bus or taxi.

A wonderful tour with a rich and engaging itinerary. Our guide, Svetlana, was very responsible and did an excellent job, explaining everything in detail. I was pleased with both the hotels and the food. Adding extra lunches was a great decision; it made everything more convenient, and I especially enjoyed the Pomor-style lunch at the Pomor restaurant. The transportation was also comfortable and reliable.
