We will dedicate this day of the tour to the family of Emperor Nicholas I, who is rightfully considered the "second father" of Peterhof after Peter the Great. 

Excursion to the Farm Palace in Alexandria Park.

The charming summer cottage of the imperial family on the territory of Alexandria Park, the only palace in Russia that was built specifically for Alexander II. Initially, it was a modest pavilion with a farm, but gradually turned into a vast two-story palace. On the ground floor of the building, the imperial chambers have been restored, telling about the private country life of the Romanov family. The second floor of the palace is given over to the historical and cultural project "Peterhof summer residents", where more than 300 museum objects give an idea of the nature of the country culture of these places at the turn of the XIX and XX centuries.

Excursion to Tsaritsyn and Holgin pavilions*.

The pavilions are located on the picturesque islands of Holgin Pond and were intended for a pleasant pastime for the wife and daughter of Nicholas I. The exquisite ensemble, created in ancient traditions, includes two small cozy palaces, Pompeian-style gardens and luxurious flower beds.
 
 *Due to weather conditions, it is possible to replace it with an excursion to the Cottage Palace and the Gothic Chapel.

Bus tour to Strelna "To visit the President"*.

Strelna is a small settlement on the southern shore of the Gulf of Finland, which is reached by an ancient road laid by Peter the Great at the beginning of the XVIII century. Driving along the "road among the estates" you will feel the flavor of bygone eras. You will find out why, already during the construction of a luxurious park with fountains, the emperor had to move to another place and why two palaces for one tsar appeared in Strelna at once. At the end of the XVIII century, the Strelninsky ensemble became a country grand ducal residence. Since then, the Bolshoy Strelninsky Palace has been called Konstantinovsky.
 
Excursion to The Konstantinovsky Palace.

The tour route passes through the suite of state halls and living rooms of the palace with a visit to the official apartments of the President of the Russian Federation and meeting rooms in an informal setting. The tour will allow you to get a complete picture of the history of the palace and park ensemble and its modern function as the "Palace of Congresses".

*Possible replacement for an excursion to Oranienbaum. The Bolshoy Menshikov Palace (on days of state events).

Excursion to the Chinese Palace.

The main attraction of the Chinese Palace is the Glass Cabinet, which has survived to this day, like most of the interiors of this amazing building, in its original form.

During the tour, you will learn about the difficult history of the Private Cottage complex and explore the interiors of the palace, consisting of two halves - Catherine and Pavlovskaya.

Excursion to Peterhof "There are fountains shining with silver".

You will visit one of the most beautiful suburbs of St. Petersburg, where the first ceremonial country residence appeared at the beginning of the XVIII century. Fountains and cascades became the main decoration of Peterhof.

Excursion to the Grand Palace.

Majestic, luxurious and refined - it's all about him. The palace is the center of the entire Peterhof ensemble. In the past, it was the official ceremonial residence of the Russian emperors, the so-called "crown palace". 

Excursion to the Catherine Building Palace.

The Catherine Building is a small chamber palace next to the Montplaisir, built for Elizabeth Petrovna and rebuilt for Catherine II. The main attraction of the Catherine Building is the famous Russian or Guryev service. Made at the Imperial Porcelain Factory in St. Petersburg, it numbered more than 4,500 items and was used at state dinners in the Winter Palace.

Where to have lunch?

After the tour along the route, you will have 1.5-2 hours of free time to walk around the park and have a snack on your own. There are fast food outlets on the territory of the park, as well as the Standart cafe, where the cost of a set lunch is 700-1500 rubles per person. If you want to save money, we recommend taking drinks and snacks with you and having a picnic on the shore of the Gulf of Finland.

Duration of the program: ~ 7.5 hours (end ~ 18:00).

The departure time for the tour can be changed to earlier or later.

It is possible to change the order of excursions, as well as replace them with equivalent ones.
