Day 1 - Arrival. New Geography of Moscow Walking Tour
Meeting with the guide in the center of the hall of the metro station Kropotkinskaya at 11:00.
Walking tour "New geography of Moscow" + visit to the observation deck of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior (for an additional fee).
There are many historical buildings on the territory of Moscow, which have been transformed over time in accordance with modern urban projects, and now we can see them in a new role and a new status.
Using the example of buildings located on the Prechistenskaya embankment, you will have the opportunity to follow this evolution together with a guide.
You will walk from the Pushkin Museum to the Pashkov house, see the chambers of the XV – XVII century Averky Kirillov, stroll along the Patriarch's Bridge to the Palace of Culture HPP-2, and also learn the history of the former confectionery factory, and now the popular Moscow creative art space "Red October".
Next, you will see the monument to Peter the Great by Zurab Tsereteli and climb to the observation deck of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior (for an additional fee).
The approximate end of the program is at 14:00.

Day 2 - Walking tour to the WWII Museum
Breakfast.
Meeting with the guide at 10:00 in the center of the hall of the metro station Park Pobedy.
Walking tour to the WWII Museum.
During the visit, you will get acquainted with the main military-historical exposition of the museum, with the most important events, battles and battles of the Great Patriotic War, learn about outstanding soldiers and commanders who bravely defended our Homeland, about the heroic work of the home front.

Day 3 - Sergiev Posad and Alexandrovskaya Sloboda Museum-Reserve

11:00 Excursion to the historical architectural complex located in the city of Alexandrov, Vladimir region.
This place is associated with the reign of Ivan the Terrible, who made Sloboda his residence in the 16th century.
The main attractions include the Trinity Cathedral, the Crucifixion Church-bell Tower, the Intercession Church and the Tsar's Palace.
13:00 Lunch at a cafe in the city.
15.00 Guided tour of the Trinity-Sergius Lavra.
The pearl of Russia's Orthodox shrines with a centuries-old history, the architectural ensemble of the Trinity-Sergius Lavra is under UNESCO protection.
Trinity Cathedral (interior) is the main cathedral church and the oldest surviving structure of the Trinity Monastery, the first stone building of the Lavra. The main shrine of the cathedral is the relics of St. Sergius of Radonezh.
The Assumption Cathedral (interior) is the architectural center of the Trinity-Sergius Lavra.
It is inferior in seniority to the famous Trinity Cathedral, but nevertheless, with its location and strict grandeur, it heads the Lavra group of buildings.

Day 4 - Sightseeing tour of Moscow. Visit to the Kremlin territory

You will drive along the famous embankments and streets of the historical city: Boulevard and Garden Ring, see the Bolshoi Theater and the Manege, Stalin's skyscrapers, the golden domes of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, Vorobyovy Gory, the Moscow State University building, Luzhniki Stadium, modern skyscrapers of Moscow City and much more.
Visit to the territory of the Moscow Kremlin (self-guided sightseeing).
The entrance ticket gives you the opportunity to see Cathedral Square, the architectural ensemble of the Middle Ages: churches, the bell tower of Ivan the Great and outstanding works of Russian foundry art — Tsar Cannon and Tsar Bell, as well as the unique interiors of the Assumption, Archangel, Annunciation cathedrals.

Day 5 - Excursion "Tsaritsyno Manor". Departure

The Tsaritsyno Manor tour is one of the most beautiful palace and park ensembles in Russia.
During the tour, visitors will see the unique architectural ensemble of the imperial residence, built for Catherine the Great in the second half of the 18th century by architects V.I. Bazhenov and M.F. Kazakov.
The tour ends at the hotel no later than 15:00.

I had no idea what to expect from this tour. I came across a website online and decided to fill out the booking form, though I was quite nervous about whether it was trustworthy. I was contacted via Telegram by Yulia, who guided me through every step of the process.
