In a flexible tour with check—in on any day of the week, exciting excursions along the gorges, majestic peaks and crystal clear lakes of the North Caucasus await us, and the bonus is a delicious taste of national cuisine.

We will take a short boat trip along the Chirkeysky reservoir, as well as embark on an exciting journey to the pearls of Kabardino-Balkaria and the most beautiful gorges of Ossetia. In Chechnya, we will find Grozny City, churches, mosques and a beautiful flower park, and in Ingushetia we will solve the riddles of the Dzheyrakh gorge. The center of Vladikavkaz also deserves our attention — merchant houses and architecture from different eras create a unique atmosphere of the city.

The program of this tour is arranged in such a way that you can join the tour on any selected date for 9 days. Day 1 is the day of arrival — a tour of Vladikavkaz, day 9 is the day of departure, there is no tour. The remaining excursion days of the tour (day 2-8) are assigned to a specific day of the week.

Day 1 - Day of arrival. Vladikavkaz City Tour
Transfer from the airport and/or railway station must be ordered separately when booking the tour.
Check-in at the hotels before 14:00.
14:00-14:50 Transfer to Vladikavkaz hotels.
15:00-15:50 Lunch at the Premier restaurant in Vladikavkaz.
16:00 Bus and walking tour of Vladikavkaz.

Day 2 - Monday. Excursion program in Dagestan
Early breakfast at 06:00.
You will go to the Republic of Dagestan, to the Sulak Canyon.
The fact that the canyon is deeper than the famous Grand Canyon in the Colorado Mountains attracts many curious tourists to it.
From the observation deck at the top of the mountain in Dubki village, the deepest canyon in Europe will appear in all its glory.
From a bird's-eye view, we will see a thin stream of the Sulak River winding along the bottom of the canyon, giant rocks lying at our feet, and possibly eagles flying nearby.
On board the boat, we will take a short walk around the Chirkeysky reservoir.
The largest body of water in the North Caucasus stretches on the Sulak River for 37 kilometers in length and about 7 km in width.
The shoreline of the reservoir is decorated with canyons, caves and numerous coves.
Next, we will go to the Nokyo cave complex, take a walk along the famous suspension bridge, and those who are particularly brave will jump on the zipline attraction (paying for rides at their own expense).
Lunch will be held at a local restaurant complex, Fish on trout farm, national cuisine.
The whole group will return to the hotel for dinner.
The estimated time of arrival at the hotel is 21:00.
The price of the tour includes: a tour guide, a visit to the observation deck in Dubki village, boating, a visit to the Nokyo cave complex, lunch at the local Glav Fish restaurant complex.

Day 3 - Tuesday. Excursion program to the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic
08:00-08:50 Transfer to Vladikavkaz hotels and departure for the route.
13:30-14:30 Lunch at the Upper Blue Lakes restaurant — national cuisine.
In the program:
The Cherek Gorge;
The Chegem gorge;
Babugent village — upper Blue Lakes, lower Blue Lake (Cerik-kel) / natural monument;
Cherek Canyon.
The walking part of the route is along a dirt road (approximately 500-600 meters).
Verkhnyaya Balkaria village, Kunnyum-El and the Abayev watchtower (Abai-Kala), Shkanti village and the Amirkhanov Tower (Amirkhan-Gala).
The price of the tour includes: a tour guide, lunch at the Upper Blue Lakes restaurant, transfer, entrance tickets to the places of visit according to the program.

Day 4 - Wednesday. Excursion program to the Chechen Republic

Day 5 - Thursday. Excursion program to the Republic of Ingushetia

Additionally: "A quartermaster with an Ossetian accent" (every Thursday from 19:00 to 21:30).
A unique apartment complex has been prepared especially for you, which you can visit at will as part of the tourist program for an additional fee (cost – 800 rubles/person). A ticket can be purchased on the spot).
"Kvartirnik with an Ossetian Accent" is a wonderful evening in an authentic place of Vladikavkaz, where folk artists, musicians, cultural figures, historians, artists and poets will be waiting for you.
You will immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Ossetian culture to the sounds of guitar, piano and other instruments, including national ones.
In the cafe itself, for an additional fee, you can have a snack, order a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
Venue: Vladikavkaz, Mayakovsky St., 20, "Cafe of Poets" (lower hall). The cafe is located in the city center within walking distance from almost all hotels.

Day 9 - Departure day
Check out of the hotel at 12:00.
Then you can spend time at your own discretion, stroll through the streets of the old town, buy souvenirs in the shops of the city, order Ossetian pies, etc.
Transfer to the airport or railway station is additionally charged when booking the tour and/or booking a taxi.

It's important to know

You need comfortable shoes to walk around the city. For trips to the mountains, you can wear sneakers or other comfortable shoes. In the off-season it is cool in the mountains, the wind blows, so a jacket and a hat are mandatory. In summer, you can do with a light blouse, cap and glasses. For thermal springs — bathing accessories.

In this tour, all hotels are urban, so you can dress up at your discretion for evening walks around the city.

My husband and I took this trip and were absolutely delighted. The itinerary may look quite full, but it was carried out in a very comfortable and relaxed way. Majestic landscapes, delicious food, and wonderful company! What more could you ask for in a getaway?! Our guide, Damar, brought such positive energy to the experience.
